What Happened To The Quality I Came To Depend On?
I've been a Smartwool customer for almost 15 years. That being said, this batch of socks is the WORST I have ever seen from Smartwool; it now forces me to find another sock company. When compared side-by-side, there is a noticeable, steep decline in quality and that's most unfortunate. Yeah, yeah, there's a guarantee, but it's dumb that I have to wait for them to fail before I can send them back, knowing the quality of the replacement will still be sub-par. This is not the only item I've noticed a steep decline in quality and merino content. . . Y'all are being cheap and losing a customer, and quick, if you keep this up.

I like the style and not monotonous appearance of these socks. BUT I ordered xtra large and they are so tight to put on I'm truly bothered by how hard they are to put on. They are so tight. Another issue is I was unable to check your order to be sure I received all I ordered. No numbers or names on the paper on each pair to compare against the charge statement. My shoe size is 13 B or C depending the size available in shoe sizes. I haven't worn any other socks. i don't get out because oil the virus. I'm 88 and look forward to wearing the rest if the socks after I get the shots.
Poor Quality Manufacturing
One sock has a manufacturing defect where it was sewn wrong and has a hole. Would have been happy with a simple exchange but policy means I have to pay the shipping to return them buy another pair, costing me money for a defective product. Dissappointing.
Great socks
Got these during the last sale. Great pair of socks! Love them for everyday use, all weather socks. Fit is great and they stay in place.
Unexpectedly best socks ever!
I didn’t believe these could be comfortable everyday socks, but I was wrong! I have been used to wearing plain black cotton socks from major retailers to become impacts of six for 20 bucks, and just thinking that it was good enough. These socks were so thin that they felt like dress socks to me, but I am cool and comfortable. Wearing them all day long five days a week at my job. Initially, my girlfriend bought me one pair and I was skeptical, as you can see, but I like the one pair so much that I bought two more! Would recommend to anyone.

I needed some new dress socks for work, but it is hard to find wool ones in my size. These fit well, breathe well, are comfortable, and look great.

I'm a long-running big fan of Smartwool Everyday socks. Most importantly, they are so darned comfortable. Fashionable always feels good, too. The color combinations are contemporary, on point, without feeling contrived. I'm a guy, so I don't find these to be women only. I love 'em and wear them often. One more important aspect - I mentioned being a long-running fan of Smartwool socks. I am now only replacing socks I've worn hard for many years.
