I love this North Face rain parka. It is just the right fit for me. It hits just below the knee. The drawstring allows you to cinch the parka at the waist or leave it more unstructured, which is how I prefer it. I wasn't sure if I would like the elasticized wrist, but they are fine and don't mind at all. I got the black and size small which was perfect for me. I am 5'3" and about 115 lbs.
I ended up returning this product. While it does everything it's promised to do, it was too boring. I was looking for something more interesting or feminine and this is very middle of the road. Not ugly, but you'd easily get lost in the crowd. Otherwise my biggest complaint is that the Estate Blue is not as vibrant as pictured, it's much closer to a plain navy.
Super stylish and lightweight. Perfect for layering
I had a gift certificate to spend but just could not find any rain jackets with below-waist length, so sort of bought this out of desperation. I am 5'5" and the Small size goes to just above my knees. Needs a bigger brim, pit zips and adjustable wrist closures. Keeps all but my face dry! Great for beach/dog walks and short hikes.
Really nice rain parka . I usually go with dark colors for the rainy weather, but this time I decided to go with something different. Ordered size L, so I could put some layers underneath and it fits great I'm 5'4", 155 pounds.
For the price, this is a great, flattering rain jacket. The only issue is that the sleeves were way too long. If this had adjustable cuffs, it totally would've been a keeper.
This rain coat fits perfectly and keeps me dry except for face. One improvement could be to make a hood that is larger-it does not completely protect face from rain.
I finally found the perfect raincoat for Texas weather. Love this parka! I can wear a sweater underneath, yet it's not baggy. It covers the chest & head well too.
I am 4"11, 100lbs. The xs fits with room for sweaters underneath. Love the butterscotch color....chose this coat after trying many others!
Bought this for our cruise to Alaska in September. It looks like it'll do the trick. I feel like it runs big though.
