Looks great but not what I was expecting

It is a good fit and smart-looking. The length is slightly longer than a typical thigh length jacket. I was expecting a lining since it says its for cold weather. Instead, it is just a shell with a rubber feel (like a raincoat) on the inside. I returned it. Please make a thigh length jacket for medium cold weather with a quilted lining.
