These shoes are amazing! I am NOT a runner, but every once in a while I get on a trend of wanting to run lol, I figured I would buy some good shoes that at least would feel good when I run. I have found them and will only buy these shoes for as long as I live. The support is amazing, the cushion is unreal. One recommendation is to Google the runners lace up and lace these like that. It snugs your heel into place so there is no sliding or rubbing of your foot. I now run 2-3 times a week because I made a quality investment in some good shoes and it forces me to get my money's worth!

Fits perfectly.Controls over pronation.I exclusively wore the GT 2000 series before but think I’ll stick with the Kayano from now on.

Shoe is true to size. While on runs they feel good as the Kayano 29. With the shoe being yellow they look awesome too.

I bought these shoes a month ago and have run 40 miles in them so far. I really needed shoes with stability and padding. The ASIC Gel-Kayano 30 shoes are perfect for what I needed. There is so much cushion that it fells comfortable running in them. Also, when I start getting fatigued and my form starts to weaken, I feel the broad platform really helps stabilize my foot strike.

First off, I’m flat footed. Second, I walk 5 to 7 miles a day at work pulling and pushing a heavy metal cart. I wear these shoes 8+ hours a day and from day 1 they are so comfortable! I really love these shoes. I have two pair now. I wear men’s shoes because ladies wide is too wide but men’s regular width is perfect for me.

I buy 4 to five pairs a year for Atleast the last 10 years. The most recent pay start coming apart on the side toward the toe. This time the first week. No exaggeration . Every pair!!!!! I wil be returning 5 pairs this time because in the past I didn’t have the time. Now I’m fed up with the quality!!!! Complete garbage !!!!!!

I’ve wore these for coaching only, no running. After around two months, the tread is basically gone and it has worn down to the midsole. I was very surprised by this because my last pair, the 29s, lasted for way longer. I also felt that these were a little bit too soft, compared to the 29s

I was experiencing foot and shin pain when I was running or power walking. To help remedy this, I went to a shoe store to get fitted for shoes. After the foot scan the store clerk brought out 3 types of shoes that would be best for my feet. These ASICS Gel-Kayano 30 were 1 of the 3 pairs that were presented to me, and these were my favorite by far. The store didn’t have the color I wanted so I ordered directly from ASICS. Ever since I have been wearing these shoes during my workouts my feet nor my shins ache any longer. It is incredible how a pair of shoes can make or break you!

I hope they are better than the 31s that the rubber on the sole has already come off. They are comfortable but ca mon asics you can manufacture a more durable sole.
