This is the 3rd Salomon bag I buy to use to run commute, and overall my 5th Salomon pack (I use smaller bags for races/trail running). Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this one, which never happened before. The fabric used on the back of the bag is REALLY scratchy. As in every part of the bag that comes in contact with my skin causes raw skin after only a few minutes, even though I am able to run with other packs for hours without a problem. This is too bad, because the pockets and everything else about the pack is good. I am now covered in KT tape until I get another bag. Maybe I'll get some use out of this one during the winter when layers of clothing protect my skin
So glad to have found the perfect small pack for quick day trips into the hills. One that isn’t too bulky for going through some brush, with just enough pockets for my essentials, and a great hydration system.
Ergonomic and very stable even when running due to dual sternum straps. During the winter here in Colorado, I can even use it for a 14er as long as I don't have to use it to haul skis.
I bought this pack for day hiking, I needed something that would take some pressure of the shoulders, hold my trek poles, light and have a bladder. This pack met those needs.
I did a 7 mile hike yesterday. Love this backpack. It can fit a lot. Perfect size 2L bladder for 7 miles. Super comfortable. Highly recommended.
The perfect size bag for long day hikes in the Adirondacks and hopefully soon in Mont Blanc
I use this backpack for everyday use. Very lightweight. Perfect size.
This is my everyday bag right now! I absolutely love it!
