Great pack, well thought out for one day mountain ascents. Loaded up with climbing gear and weight was around 28lbs. With climbing partner can distribute the gear/weight. Think 20lbs at most would be ideal for alpine climbing with this pack. This is also my go to pack for day hiking. Great pack at this price.
My new favorite pack. At first I thought the bright orange was a bit much, but I've grown to love it. Esp how it shows in photos. The pack itself is just the right size for a long day in the mountains - food, water, extra layers, rope...it all fits. Carries comfortably. The fabric and contruction is bomber.
Awesome backpag, watherproof, space enough for aclimbing
Says it right on the side of the pack - this is truly my go-to pack for 1-day adventures. Summer scramble? Done. Spring Alpine Climb? Easy. General hike? Yup. The pack is thick and has held up to me dropping it on rocks, ice, scree, and no issues. It's going on it's 3rd season of work and not one piece has malfunctioned. It carries loads really well and I love that the updated the newer versions of the 35l with a hip-belt. Plenty of attachment points, but I'd probably avoid overloading it. Some people mentioned issues with the closure, but I've never had anything happen. My only complaints are that it's a little strap-heavy. They can get twisted in high winds and it can be a bit unruly. At least on my version, it can be hard to remove the floating lid, but that's a really small complaint.
Great pack! Carried it on several trips to the crag. Able to carry 70m of rope, harness, a full rack of sport gear, extra clothes, 3L of water, snacks, and all the other essentials if packed properly. Very capable, very durable, and carries well. I am a happy customer.
Wow! Dripping with quality;) This backpack is so so good. Lots of little touches that makes this one great. I like that the hipbelt hides away, also the top of the backpack being easily removable is so nice. Everything you could want in a 35L backpack:)
Great pack, well designed, too small for longer torsos. I bought a M/L and it was too short so I gave it to my wife. She loves it! I just went on-line to buy an XL but this size does not exist. Too bad for me. I don’t even have that long of a torso.
I have the 25 and now the 35l. 25 worlds for single rack plus gear, needed the 35 for double rack/ longer days out! Love this pack,
Best backpack for all kind of hiking.. Snow/Glacier, Summiting, eventhought it is 35L.. it fits a lot( close to 45)
