pay attention to the frame size
these are for bigger than average heads.
Classics
These fit perfectly, and they are nice and lightweight, yet durable. I got them in Cola Amber and I really enjoy the amber lens, golden hour is even more spectacular than normal, and the summer greens are more vibrant. I’m on my third pair 👀
Almost Perfect
These are nice frames. I rate 3/5. The lenses are nice. They are easy to see through and the sun blocking factor is good no squinting here! The fit is nice, they don't move around alot even while playing outside in them. My drawbacks are for the price the frames don't feel as sturdy as I would like, the hinges are plastic and they don't feel that strong. The plastic used also don't feel that sturdy. Doesn't feel like something that would survive a good drop. My other drawback that may be subjective, I feel like these are a little too big. Depends on your face shape and style but for me they look a little silly, but sometimes that's the point.
Lost
I found this exact pair of sunglasses left behind on a bench while hiking in Northern Minnesota last summer. Kiva Sunskis quickly became my favorite sunglasses from that point on. I'm a cheapskate who normally buys gas station sunglasses, so to have quality pair of sunglasses was a new experience for me. I LOVED IT. When I lost my Sunskis in Mexico over the holidays, I was more upset than I had ever been to lose a pair of sunglasses (and I've lost many). So upset, that I decided to bite the bullet and buy my own pair of Kiva Sunskis without a single ounce of buyers remorse. Thanks for making a light weight, comfortable, and adventure ready pair of sunnies!
Poor quality.
This is my fourth pair of sunskis. Each previous pair have been defective or broken. Warranty replacements each time. We’ll see if these hold together for any reasonable length of time. Definitely wouldn’t buy anything from them again.
Perfect all around
Great fitting, looking, and feeling. Frames are light but not cheap. Lenses are crispy bright. I've got a pretty average sized head but do like my frames on the larger side (not crazy weird large, just full-size) and these hit it.
Favorite Adventure Sunglasses
I bought these almost a year ago and they are my go to sunglasses for long adventures in the mountains! They have the prefect amount of coverage and are light enough they do not buggy me have many many hours in the mountains.
Dissatisfied
Everything is blurry / lights and phone are weird when wearing the glasses.
Meh. They're ok.
These glasses are pretty good. They look nice and are large enough to fit my huge head. Quality wise, they are better than some, but don't feel as solid as others. Middle of the pack. My biggest gripe is that I get some distortion through the lower part of the lens and around the edges, which I find distracting. If you have a big head and care a lot about recycling, this is a good pair for you. If not, you could probably find a pair that perform better.
Best frames! Just need more lens options
I just got myself a pair of Kiva black Midnight glasses and they fit me better than any other pair of glasses I have ever worn! Seriously good and light fit. The only thing I am left wanting is lens options 🤓. I love the black frames. I just want a pair with polarized green mirror lenses for those long beach days and a pair with reading/blue blocker lenses. I seriously love these glasses; I just need more lens options.
