New Ferrata & Sunski Fan
Wow, Wow, Wow...Coming from a sunglass nut these Ferrata's are awesome. I normally do not blind buy sunglasses from companies I'm not familiar with and I took a chance with these Ferrata's because I really liked the style and figured I'd give them a shot. I am thoroughly impressed by the fit, style, and comfort. The lenses are extraordinarily clear and I expect the polarization to be perfect (it's a bit overcast today). I'll add that the Ferrata's sit perfectly between shades that will look right at home on a beach volleyball court or hiking to an outdoor wedding or equivalent formal event. It's rare for shades to be able to pull double duty in that regard and these can absolutely do it. I got the tortoise shell for that extra bit of style and class. Really happy I pulled the trigger and discovered Sunski. Will definitely be trying another pair soon.
Solid Sunskis
The Ferretas are my go-to's in all environments - splitboarding in snow, high winds, torrential Norwegian downpours (finding side sun shields work perfectly as rain shields) then popping out the solid magnetic shields for cycling. Not to mention mountaineering steeze on the streets. There are holes in the arms to route paracord or sunglass retainers as well, which is an awesome subtle feature I found myself using. The polarized lenses are great, the metal frame is solidly built, and the overall shaping of the frames themselves is unique. I've had 0 issues with these - and I don't treat things very nicely. And here I thought I don't deserve nice things. Big fan. The Ferratas: 10/10, no notes.
First of many Sunki Shades
I freaking love these sunglasses. They really have been getting lots of comments from strangers too in the first month of having these slick shades. Thank you!
Best shades for skiing on clear days. Ever.
I have never taken to goggles for skiing. This shade is the perfect alternative for that on clear days. The side panels are perfect for draft protection. The frame itself is SO comfortable that I can’t ever imagine not using this for skiing on clear days. Heck, I love it so much, it’ll probably be my daily shades going toward. I usually don’t write reviews, but given how awesome this product is, I felt compelled to spread the good word. Thanks sunski!! You have a life time fan now.
Good in every way
I have loved them! They fit my head and face quite well, I have a slightly larger face and these are definitely good for that. The lense is a great tint, blocking out a great amount of light while leaving plenty of good color and definition in everything. The removable blinders have proven very well too. I use them for hiking, and working in the fields. Definitely recommend!!
Ferrata Shades
The Ferrata shades were perfect on the mountain on a recent ski trip to Killington and quickly replaced my ski goggles. I’m for sure ditching the ski goggles completely on the next trip. Multiple people inquired about where the glasses were from and I received more compliments on the shades than any other type of gear.
Broke After 1 Week
Broke in a week! I bought these for my boyfriend’s birthday present and within a week of normal use the left panel had broken completely off. Looks like a screw fell out. We were very disappointed. :(
Yes looks like you need a replacement screw. I see you filled out our warranty form - our team will get back to you soon and get you set up with a replacement!
Functional as hell!
I love them! They look fantastic and are functional as hell. Most recent use was avalanche training at Mount Washington and they performed exactly as advertised.
Ski trip sunglasses
Took them skiing.. great sunglasses. Love the attachments how easy they can be removed and the magnet feature that holds them in place.
Not for large faces
Said they were for large faces but they’re small on me. Would be awesome if they fit
