Good optics, side shields are an absolute joke.

Good optics, side shields are an absolute joke. I bought these glasses to have good protective eyewear while ski touring and mountaineering. The optics are really quite good for the price and they are very lightweight. Unfortunately, if you are buying them partly because of the side shields as I was, dont. I read some reviews that they come off easy, but I honestly didnt think it would be that bad. It is BAD. At least half of the time that I take them out of the case or a pocket, one or both of the shields pop off. At home, more of a frustration than an issue. In the mountains, its an issue. Especially with gloves on.

A good pair of sun specs

I had to start wearing sunglasses regularly after having Lasik done on my eyes. I was gifted a pair of Couloir sunglasses for Christmas and immediately fell in love with them. They fit my face well and were comfortable to wear. The added side shields were handy as well, in the early days after the surgery when my eyes were sensitive to light.

Truly Excellent Shades 🤘

I’ve got sunglasses on my face all day every day and these are RAD. Lightweight, COMFORTABLE, excellent lens quality, side shields are a cool option, good looks, nice case, reasonably priced and very affordable replacement lenses (huge for me, I’m hard on lenses) What’s not to like? 10/10 would recommend.

Great sunglasses.

I love these sunglasses! They do fit my head well and I have a big head. They really protect my eyes and the side couloirs are awesome as well. Except I would give it 4 stars due to that the side couloirs break easily. My right side broke at the point that goes into the sunglass.

Amazing sunglasses

Was recently diagnosed with some sun damage on my eyes and immediately began the hunt for a good pair of UV blocking/polarized sunglasses. I've had polarized sunglasses in the past, but the sun always seemed to sneak in through the sides, and I'm just not a fan of the wrap-around/athletic style of sunglasses. The Sunski Couloir was the perfect fit and style I was looking for and the side guards are awesome. I was a little concerned about peripheral vision, but so far haven't had any issues. I've worn them outdoors for several hours each day since receiving them and my eyes have never felt so relaxed outdoors. Great pair of sunglasses!

It's spelled C-O-U-L-O-I-R

It takes me a few tries to get the spelling of this fantastic pair of shades. It's a special and exotic name to match the uniqueness of this silhouette. Where to start? Lightweight with a great fit keep you focused on the trail and not on your gear. A bold square look that really does a good job blocking out the sun in the brightest environments. Cat 3 lens, but the lowest 9% VLT you can wear while still being legally allowed to drive a car. Removable magnetic sun shields mean that you can pop them out when you're around town, if that's your thing. And check this! There's a message hidden in morse code on the sun shields. Sindre, our head of product, still won't tell me what they say...

Best Glasses I’ve Tried

Fantastic glasses. I’ve tried alpine glasses from Oakley, Smith, and Bollé. Sunski takes the cake. Hold one in each hand and you can tell the difference in quality. These lenses work great in flat light and really gives the snow some definition. I have the Ferrata’s for high light and love them even more.

So stylish and functional. I absolutely love these

I love my Sunski Coulier glasses. I have recieved more comments on these when I wear them over any pair of sunglasses I have ever had. I love the flexibility of being able to change the colors of the side shades with ease. These are perfect for fly fishing, snowboarding and just cruising in my bronco.

Great looking functional Shades!

Nothing Couloir than these shades, love the added side protection from the wind and Rays! Great seeing the mountains through a great Lens! Love, the fact that if you don’t want to side shields, they pop right off!

Great Value

The Couloir is probably one of the best values for glacier glasses in my opinion. Ive had several pairs and these were by far the most featured, and good looking for the price.
