Berry Good Hydration – My Go-To for Runs!
I've been using Nuun Sport as my hydration tablet during training runs and I'm really impressed. The flavor is great – especially the berry varieties, which taste refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial. Dropping a tablet in water is super quick and easy, which is perfect when you're prepping for an early morning run and don't want to fuss around. Most importantly, it does exactly what it promises: keeps you well hydrated. I've noticed a real difference on longer runs when I use it compared to plain water. Highly recommend for runners and anyone who needs a simple, tasty hydration boost!
They melt together
I love Nunn quality and taste but they melt together and make it impossible to use.

On a whim, I ordered NUUN and it has been a game changer for me. I am an equestrian and riding in 90+ degrees had me nearly passing out on the horse! Once I began drinking NUUN in the hour or two before riding and while lessoning, I no longer get dehydrated and woozy! 🥴 It’s getting me through the summer show season and the summer in general! NUUN will be in my suitcase to Japan in August, and boy will I need it there!!
My go-to with my water!
I'm 48 and perimenopausal; I was getting headaches in the afternoon. My menopause doctor suggested that I add electrolytes to my water during the day, not just during my morning workout. What a gamechanger! I like nuun above the others out there because it tastes GOOD with no fake sugar aftertaste.

Great hydration for Hikers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to for quick replenishment of electrolytes when I am doing high altitude hiking. It’s so easy to use and firs easily into a plastic water bottle when I break the tablet in half. The tube isn’t heavy at all and takes up very little room in my backpack. My favorite flavor is Peach.

They are especially important to me when running in the hot and humid Houston summer. I have been a loyal Nuun fan for several years and I love the variety of flavors.
Hydration good, flavor they're still trying
Ok for hydration but this company still hasn't figured out a way to capture good flavor combined with what they're providing in benefit to your exercise. I add water flavor like MiO to my water bottle with a 1/2 nuun tab then carry both for the longer or hotter rides.
