I dropped some tablets in 16 FL OZ water bottles and the effervescence stayed in the bottle until I opened them. They are convenient and easy to carry to work, the gym, or anywhere that requires rehydrating.

I don’t like packets because they are messy and tend to be problematic for mixing, so I thought these would be perfect! The dissolve tablet was something I’d only, until now, seen in medicinal vitamin form. Unfortunately these taste just like those vitamin tablets. They aren’t well flavored at all. The directions say to take 1 tablet for 16 oz of water, and repeat 3 times a day. I drink a 64 Oz bottle of water which would mean 4x 16oz servings but in the interest of following instructions and perhaps not overdoing it on certain electrolytes like sodium I first only put 3 in. The flavor was so bad that I was sure it had to be because of my own dilution…so I put a 4th one in the interest of properly and effectively reviewing… Even with a 4th tablet, the flavor is strong yet still not good or sweet in a way that tastes like something outside of vitamin flavoring. Also my packaging box arrived super late and destroyed, fortunately the products themselves were fine but I just thought it worth mentioning.

This pack comes with three delicious flavors- Raspberry Lemonade, Orange Sunrise, and Wild Strawberry. My fave is the RL! Each tablet has an effervescent action that releases yummy flavor and electrolytes for extra hydration. I love that I just drop it in my water and I have an instant mocktail that’s good for me. The pop-top containers are great as I always have one in my car, purse, and home. For a refreshing electrolyte drink, take a sip!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been more intentional about my hydration lately, so I have been testing out some Nuun Zero Sugar Hydration Tablets from Nuun and tried out three flavors: Raspberry Lemonade, Wild Strawberry and Orange Sunrise. Raspberry Lemonade-This one is my favorite. It is nice and refreshing with a nice little tart lemonade flavor and just a hint of raspberry. Not overly sweet at all and really good when you want something more than plain water. Wild Strawberry- This one is definitely the most mild. Its not bad, just very subtle. It taste like strawberry infused water. Good if you do not like strong flavors. Orange Sunrise- This one reminds me of a orange sports drink but without all the sugar. Smooth and easy to drink. Overall I like these because they’re zero sugar, easy to throw in your bag, and they help when plain water just isn’t cutting it. They do have a slight fizz when they dissolve, and also a slight after taste of stevia I am not a fan of either but it is not a deal breaker.

Having these on the go hydration tablets were great, especially for someone like my husband who works outside doing construction jobs in the heat. We tried the raspberry lemonade one and we both thought it was good! The little bubbles tickled our nose at first, but the taste was great! My husband downed a bottle before going back into work in the sun, and he said he felt so much better!

The containers are small which make it nice to throw in a work bag or purse. Overall the taste is pretty good. I like these three flavors. They do have a slightly bitter taste but are very drinkable and enjoyable. These are a nice way to get some extra electrolytes especially on the go.
