My mistake.
My first sip I realized that I should have thoroughly read the ingredient list before purchase. One Word - Stevia ! Nasty !! Really Folks, Why bother? Surveys show most people prefer real sugar and honey sweeteners to the taste of Stevia . As a matter of fact, most people describe the after taste of Stevia as weird and unpleasant .
Hydration fuel
I used this product during indoor rides, which cause the to sweat a lot! I started testing this product by timing how long it took one tablet to dissolve. It was around 5 to 7 minutes. So I recommend getting your water set up and then getting ready for your workout. During my workouts while I hydrated, I didn't feel the heaviness I typically feel with plain water and I felt more refreshed than my normal endorphin rush. I attribute that to the caffeine I the product. Regarding the caffeine, I am someone who can only have 1 cup of coffee (or caffeine intake) a day or I get really shaky and feel sick. If I plan to workout, I don't have a morning cup of coffee and wait for my NUUN energy. The flavor is also light yet tasty, and not sweet and super sugary. Overall, I feel this product helps to hydrate and fill your body with the proper electrolytes to aid in your recovery. It also taste great and can be consumed, as you would a cup of coffee, for the caffeine. I highly recommend this product.
Nice green tea caffene
Taste is good, not to fruit punchy. I have used the NUUN tablets for years in my Camelback hydration system but never got this Caffeine one. Green Tea is fine and did not give me the shakes will out hiking. Its a keeper
Does the job
Tastes a little chalky. But I like that they have caffeine so it’s still worth it. I mix these with liquid IV in a 32oz Nalgene and that is pretty sweet.

Nuun Energy . . . Not as Good as Sport

When coffee is unavailable, but caffein is needed.
I love throwing one of these into my water bottle on a morning without coffee or on a long travel hike day to recover midday and boost my energy after a busy day or hike. Flavor was good, but you can add more water to dilute.
stronger flavor would be good
wish it had a stronger watermelon flavor, but otherwise great! I like the bubbles and caffeine
