They contain electrolytes that assist in maintaining optimal hydration levels during physical activities such as exercise and running. Notably, they are sugar-free, enabling continuous consumption without accumulating calories. I have tried their three flavors, and strawberry lemonade is my favorite. It is enjoyable to observe the effervescence of the tablets. They are user-friendly; simply drop one tablet into a tumbler and proceed. The packaging is attractive. I will certainly recommend these refreshing tablets to all my family and friends.

The tablet dissolved well leaving no gritty texture and helped the overall effectiveness of the product do its job. Could actually tell this was working as soon as it entered the body! Overall muscle soreness from cardio workout lessened and helped energy level pick up the more that was consumed. The only reason this didn’t get a 5 star is for the slight salty taste! Overall the taste was good I would say that is the only improvements that could be made to this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting to try Nuun Hydration Sport Drink dissolving tablets ever since I heard about them. I like the idea of using electrolytes for added hydration. I tried the Nuun hydration dissolving tablets variety pack which includes three flavors and 30 tablets total. I am pretty happy with this product but there were a couple of things lacking so I just couldn't give it five stars. The tablets are rather large and will not fit into the mouth of a regular disposable water bottle. The appeal of these tablets were that I wouldn't have to carry a bottle around with me, I could just purchase a water bottle and add the tablet. So these are not the convenience I was hoping to get. Also, the flavor is on the weak side. I do not like heavily flavored or sweet drinks but I do like enough flavor to cover the taste of the other ingredients. Some of the flavors seem to do a better job of this than others so I think I will just buy those flavors alone from now on. I do like that the tablets readily dissolve. They are fizzy but don't add too much fizziness to the drink. They dissolve completely in a short amount of time. The packaging is great. Each tube carries 10 tablets and is very easy to carry in a bag or purse or store in a drawer or cupboard. The top opens easily and it is easy to dispense the tablets. The product did not quite meet my expectations for how I would use it but overall it is a good product and worth keeping on hand.

Being pregnant, I try to up my hydration each day and these are an excellent, clean, addition to my daily routine of trying to stay healthy. They dissolve quickly and efficiently no matter if you put them in a glass to stir or bottle to shake. The flavors are great, yet not overpowering and you’ll never get an icky chunk of powder since it dissolves like a dream! Highly highly recommend trying Nuun Hydration tablets to up your hydration game. Plus that the packaging is cute and there are easy to throw in your bag!

The variety pack features a mix of flavors such as lemon, fruit punch, and strawberry so you won’t get tired of the taste. When consumed, the flavors is quite mild not overly sweet like typical sports drinks making it much easier to drink. They provide a great sense of rehydrate, particularly after physical activity or when your body feels fatigued.

They’re so great to throw in a bag to have when needed. I use them for my outdoor workouts, but even sitting on the beach. You don’t realize how much you can sweat and sweat out needed nutrients. And they’re fizzy! They also have sugar-free tablets, as well.

The tablets are pretty big and I had to break them for it to fit in my water bottle. They dissolved well but I was expecting more flavor. It was more like a hint of flavor. But it’s a convenient way to get some electrolytes when you need it.

All of the flavors are really good and tastes exactly like they’re supposed to. The tablet takes about a minute to fully dissolve, and I like that, it leaves a slight fizz in the water, it’s refreshing without being too carbonated. I’ll usually put one in my water after work out or on a hot day, and I also like putting them into water for my child after playing outside or a beach day for a little extra hydration.
