Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, durable shirt. I've used this shirt a few times on my rides since getting it. The fit and feel are excellent, I have a pretty big frame with wide shoulders and the cut in Large fit well where normally I would wear an XL in athletic shirts - So I would recommend sizing down if you like things to fit snug. I sweat a lot and this shirt did a pretty good job making me not feel like I just jumped in the pool. My only con is that it feels a bit heavy compared to other shirts like this I own, I know it's made tough and durable but for someone like me that runs really hot on my rides, the shirt can sometimes feel like you're wearing an extra layer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shirt... for more than mountainbiking I've worn the shirt several times -- mostly biking and running. Overall, I was really pleased with the shirt... material... soft, breathable fabric wicked sweat and dried quickly (really, what else could you ask for???). design... zippered pocket is great for keys and cash / cards... much more and it will sag and become a distraction while riding or running. fit... I'm ~6' and ~195 lbs somewhere between an average and athletic build and was wearing an XL. I prefer a loose fit, but at times (particularly when riding) this felt more 'baggy' than 'loose'. Even so, the shirt had a great cut around the neck, shoulders, upper arms -- hoping it was just a little more trim around the waist.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Spoiled by label size & placement The label in this shirt is about five inches wide and one inch tall and printed on so thick it feels like a vinyl decal. It sticks to your shoulder blades. You can see it from the outside of the shirt. On this website, you can see it peeking out in the photo of the brown version. After a day wearing it, I hoped it really was a decal, and I could peel it off, but no such luck. This is also likely where it's going to tear when it gets old and threadbare.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average breathable synthetic shirt (Reviewer is male, 35, 210 lbs, 6'6", athletic/slender build - shirt size worn is L) Material: the material is lightweight and very breathable. It feels comfortable on the skin even after prolonged wearing. I cannot speak to the strength of the material yet (no crashes or anything), though it feels more like an athletic synthetic gym shirt as opposed to a more "rugged" MTB jersey. Fit: for me, the shirt was definitely too loose. It was long enough for my torso and had a good fit around the arms, but the mid-section was just too wide. On the bike, any clothing that moves around excessively in the wind is somewhat irritating to me. Look: The shirt looks okay, though not particularly aesthetically pleasing. It just looks like a regular, light shirt and not as I typically envision a jersey (though my view may be outdated). I view REI as a manufacturer of quality goods, but this shirt simply does not reflect that at least visually in terms of look and fit. As positives I would note that it had a pleasant feel to the skin and wicked sweat with relative ease. The loose fit, questionable resiliance and uninspiring design, however, make it less appealing than other options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprising comfort - before, during and after... Outstanding fit across chest, back and shoulders. The advertised extra length in the back is not noticeable, at all. I was a tad worried about having a tail. I wore multiple times biking and running, in Central Florida 80's-90's. The material is very fast drying. The v-neck is slight, but adds comfort around the neck line. The accessory pocket is very discreet and built to hold a key and a card, but not a phone. Who would want a phone packed in a shirt pocket, anyway?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice shirt for mountain biking I really liked wearing this shirt while biking. I have only ever worn regular t-shirts and this is my first shirt of this style. I thought the shirt was comfortable to wear. It allowed for free range of motion. The only thing I did not like about the shirt was that I wish it was a bit more form fitting through the waist. It is roomy and comfortable for those that like that style, but something a little more athletic and tapered would be nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really comfortable and well designed shirt I find this shirt really comfortable, and the zippered side pocket is perfect for keys, etc. when I'm on the trail. This is one I really recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Favorite Biking Shirt Wow this shirt has become my new favorite biking shirt. It is very lightweight, and gives me plenty of space to move around. I tend to sweat a lot and the moisture wicking on this shirt is awesome. I need to add a few more of these to the wardrobe. You will not be disappointed with purchasing this Co-op shirt. Love the little pocket to hold an ID or keys as well.
