Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit for MTB rides Jersey feels great, and doesn't rub/chafe on long rides. The material is very breathable and the fit is great. Loose fit off the bike, and felt great on the bike. Dries super quick and the pocket is great for a key, credit card and ID.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprising comfort - before, during and after... Outstanding fit across chest, back and shoulders. The advertised extra length in the back is not noticeable, at all. I was a tad worried about having a tail. I wore multiple times biking and running, in Central Florida 80's-90's. The material is very fast drying. The v-neck is slight, but adds comfort around the neck line. The accessory pocket is very discreet and built to hold a key and a card, but not a phone. Who would want a phone packed in a shirt pocket, anyway?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Spoiled by label size & placement The label in this shirt is about five inches wide and one inch tall and printed on so thick it feels like a vinyl decal. It sticks to your shoulder blades. You can see it from the outside of the shirt. On this website, you can see it peeking out in the photo of the brown version. After a day wearing it, I hoped it really was a decal, and I could peel it off, but no such luck. This is also likely where it's going to tear when it gets old and threadbare.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from MTB Shirt This shirt provides great airflow while riding. It's very lightweight and fits fine over pads. I've also wrecked pretty hard a couple of times and it remains unmarred.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average breathable synthetic shirt (Reviewer is male, 35, 210 lbs, 6'6", athletic/slender build - shirt size worn is L) Material: the material is lightweight and very breathable. It feels comfortable on the skin even after prolonged wearing. I cannot speak to the strength of the material yet (no crashes or anything), though it feels more like an athletic synthetic gym shirt as opposed to a more "rugged" MTB jersey. Fit: for me, the shirt was definitely too loose. It was long enough for my torso and had a good fit around the arms, but the mid-section was just too wide. On the bike, any clothing that moves around excessively in the wind is somewhat irritating to me. Look: The shirt looks okay, though not particularly aesthetically pleasing. It just looks like a regular, light shirt and not as I typically envision a jersey (though my view may be outdated). I view REI as a manufacturer of quality goods, but this shirt simply does not reflect that at least visually in terms of look and fit. As positives I would note that it had a pleasant feel to the skin and wicked sweat with relative ease. The loose fit, questionable resiliance and uninspiring design, however, make it less appealing than other options.
