PEARL iZUMi  Attack Long-Sleeve Cycling Jersey - Men's

I bought last year's model of the Attack long sleeve jersey and I really like it. I wanted to buy another one in the new color, but the sizing on this year's version is strange. The Pearl Izumi sizing chart says I need a size M. I'm 6' tall and 165 lbs. I had to get a size L in last year's Attack long sleeve jersey, but that fit fine. So I bought another size L this year, but it was significantly smaller than last year's. I returned it and tried a size XL. The body fit fine, but the sleeves were too tight... definitely tighter than last year's size L.

In past usually used short sleeve jersey with long sleeve underlayer or wind jacket but liked the look, wanted to try and was on sale so purchased. 5'6" 138 lb athletic but old guy and size medium a perfect trim fit without flapping still allowing a thermal shirt underneath or used alone. Very nice jersey on the bike with perfect sleeve length for wide range of temps below 70 but neck band short so may need to cover in colder wheather. Actually liked it so much (and was still on sale) that I just bought second identical jersey and anticipate regular use especially for those days that are cool in am but warm up later.

I ordered at large (which is the shirt size I get everything else in) and it looked like I was trying to squeeze into an extra small. It was just tight it’s way too short.

Love this jersey and wanted to chime in on sizing. I'm 6'2 with a 38" chest and the medium was spot on. I'd have liked an extra inch of sleeve, but that's life when you're tall and 165-170 lbs. For something loose, grab a Gore while they're still around and on sale. For form fitting, which is what this description says, this and it's SS variant both fit comfortably.
