Love for the Peahi line sunglasses
I bought my first pair during a trip to Dubai in 2011 ever since than I have bought all the Peahi line frames that they have, with all diferente lenses. I love the style and the confort they provide. I ride motorcycles for fun and I love the way the wrap around my face and fully protect my eyes. I used to wear diferente brand of sunglasses but Maui Jim’s are my favorite, I will never get a diferente brand that for sure. Love their products, very high quality of sunglasses.

Nice blue lenses, frames are poor
Love the blue lenses. The black matte rubber frames are awful. I clean them with soap and water however they are turning sticky and cracking as they age. Never had other mj or oakley sunglass frames do this. I won't purchase the matte rubber frames again. Disappointing
LOVE 'EM!
LOVE 'EM!!! I'm an ophthalmologist and I am very critical of my sunglasses. I've tried all the other high-end brands and Maui is hands down my favorite. As a matter of fact, this is my 4th pair of Maui's. Not because I lost or broke any, but because I love these glasses. The clarity, polarization, and color saturation are unparalleled in the industry. This pair of Peahis instantly became my new favorites due primarily to the extent of their wrap. NO stray light gets in around the periphery, and the red Lava reflective coat imparts them with an undeniable "cool factor"! (I'm also a die-hard Chiefs fan so the color is a big hit on game day!!
Rock-solid, Panoramic, Wrap-Around Bliss
Recently acquired my first pair of Maui Jim Peahi's, in gloss black, with HT lenses, non-Rx. For those who wear a larger size, these are just awesome. Solid build, gloss black, full wrap-around, with close fit and max coverage, plus a very cool look. They are so luxurious and solid, I ordered a second pair with Maui Rose lenses. These are excellent shades for those of us with larger faces, who love wrap-around sunglasses, and who want the full experience of Maui Jim visuals, top-to-bottom, front-to-back. Awesome product.
Terrible frames, Excellent lenses
I gave these only a 3 star because the finish on the frames are terrible. I would strongly avoid the soft matte black frames as they will peel and leave a sticky residue. I spend several hours on the water fishing and these are by far the best lenses I have ever owned. Both my wife and I love Maui Jim’s but do not purchase these frames unless you want to risk them peeling and becoming sticky. I am on the hunt for a new pair as my one lens shattered tonight on a tree branch . Saved me but lenses didn’t fair to well.
Black rubber frames seem smaller
I bought the black rubber Peahi and love their feel and look. They seem to fit a bit small on my head tho and the arms have a significant downward curve to go Over your ears. If i push them back to go over my ears, the bottom of the frame digs into my cheeks. The arms flex outward as apparently my face is wider than the frame. Im not sure but I think the black rubber may fit a bit smaller than the other frame materials. They are certainly high quality and look great. Just too small for my head i guess.
Best Sunglasses Glasses on the plant - by far!
I have owned a lot of glasses over the years, I can say by far, once you have worn these you will never by another. Spending a lot of time by the water, in the sun etc. they give optimal eye protection, even from gnats flying in your eyes while on the golf course, don't believe the hype on the 1-star reviews - you will never make those people happy. I forgot to mention - the repair Department is on top of their game, customer service- their top notch. The other eye glass companies out there are terrible within this area. The quality of the glasses is far superior - good job Maui Jim on your Service Repair Department!!!

Love these MJ's. I had the bronze lens's before and I ordered these with bronze. Nice and clear.
really heavy
I'm a lifeguard at a local swimming lagoon. Don't get me wrong, I love me some Maui's, the quality is absolutely unmatched. However, as openwater lifeguards we do quite a bit of running and these are NOT lightweight and fall right down my nose while I'm being active. They are stylish, but they are not good for my active lifestyle, I need something I know will stay on my face. I think they gotta go back. I'll try another pair of Maui's.
