Brooks  Glycerin 22 SE Road-Running Shoes - Men's

In all honesty...I do not run...unless being chased...or the quick sprint to catch my kids. But I walk, hike, ruck, & I am brutal on my feet/shoes with a-lot of stop & go in my work. I average 6-10 miles a day & for the first time in a while my feet did not scream at the end of 3 straight days trying these, great right out of the box (really low profile socks bunch up in the back a bit) They do work really well with my custom orthotics, clean easy, breath, do not really pick up gravel, and have great grip and balance. I can't wait to try other styles. I hope they last longer than the others. Godspeed.

Find me a favorite brooks shoes. At first, I was skeptical about the no laces feature, but then I realized I don’t even use my laces on my glycerin 21s. Overall, these shoes are way more comfortable. I did not think any shoe would be more comfortable than the previous Brooks that I had.

Wow. Keep it up, Brooks. They are finally putting out some super sleek designs that match their quality and comfort. These are a fantastic everyday shoe, and might be one of the most comfortable I've ever worn. As a walking shoe, they hug your feet nicely. Much like the Stealthfit, they don't slip and slide as you move around. I've already put a few easy miles on this, and would easily recommend them to anyone on the fence. They do have a wider toe box, so for those with a width just above D, you should be good to go. My only complaint? More colors please! Great job, Brooks!

I personally love this shoe and I hope Brook's make more like it. Its super soft, lightweight, comfortable but still feels stable under the foot. I love the sock like upper and tongue, hugs my foot perfectly. Im not a runner but are a very good shoe for all day wear.

I just about made a mess when I saw this shoe at first, the style is just perfectly modern and sleek. Best looking shoe BY FAR that brooks has made. The fabric/suede above the toe is the tightest part in the shoe, maybe a little restricting at first, but once you break them in, this shoe is awesome. If you’re debating getting a size up or down, go with size down because without laces it can feel a little loose. One really big takeaway is this shoe should not be used for running, without laces the stealthfit tech could break in too much and be quite loose. But as a walking shoe, the foam is perfect and the breathable upper feels really good on my feet. I would like to shake my hand with the person who made this shoe.

I have been waiting for a pair of shoes like this...and not for the reasons you may usually see. I use them as walking shoes. I usually use "last year's" running pair for walking, but the lacing up is time suck factor (Im trying to get ready to walk my dog). This eliminates that extra time needed to pull them on and get out quickly. lacing up is more of a ritual for my run. As for the shoes themselves, they feel great...a "little bigger" than the usual spot-on Brooks sizing, but they feel great, look great and are just what the "dog" ordered! :0)

Yeah, agree with the first reviewer. These are super comfy. Slip right in without the struggle that I’ve had with other slip on running shoes. I sized up to fit my orthotic. I’ll hike, gym and golf in these. 79, me, so not running distances these days. They feel supportive to me but some runners may want the adjustment that laces provide. It’s early yet but I like the form and unique fashion these provide. I’m new to Brooks but they make a quality product it seems and cater to the running crowd.

I have been waiting for Brooks to develop a laceless shoe for at least four years. This is a great start to a shoe line that I hope will be around for several years. The fit is perfect. Easy to put on and take off. The ideal fit for my feet. The added padding around the achilles and ankle stabilizes that area from excessive gliding for me. I do a lot of walking and standing at my job. I average at least five miles a day and my legs feel as fresh as when I roll out of bed. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are far and away the most comfortable shoe of any kind I've ever worn. I wear a size 14 and finding a shoe that fits well and I can wear all day being up and on my feet without my feet being fatigued and in pain is incredibly hard. These shoes address all of those issues, are as light as air, and somehow manage to be incredibly easy to put on as a slip on while still feeling snug as a laced up shoe. Please continue to make these and in more colors, I love these shoes!!!
