Brooks  Launch 11 Road-Running Shoes - Men's

I have used Brooks shoes for running for as long as I can remember, so when my running shoes started falling apart I went shopping for new running shoes and was torn between Brooks Launch 11 and Nike Pegasus 41, I couldn’t decide so I bought both!!!!! The Brooks Launch 11 is great for walking, but for me, they caused a little bit of lower back pain after a 6 mile run. So in summary I would get these for walking but not running, for running you can’t beat Nike Pegasus 41!

I've worn only Brooks running/light hiking shoes for years, and eventually narrowed my choice to Cascadias because of the low heel drop, in the interest of greater stability. So I got interested in the Launch 11 for the same reason but noted some REI reviews said their sizing was off. I bought this blue pair (nice color!) of Launches II in size 13 and compared them to my 12.5 Cascadia 19's. They are the same length and (medium) width. Aside from mis-sizing, they are nice walking shoes, very comfortable and good-looking for any casual occasion..

I’m very happy with this shoe . I’m a senior in my 80s and this shoe the adequate support I need. In the past I’ve worn the ghost series however in the future this is going to be the shoe I will purchase. Great shoe for working out in the gym.

I’ve worn size 15 running shoes consistently for years and have had 3 other pairs of Brooks but these were significantly smaller (about a whole size) and were too small for me to wear at all so I had to return them. They seem like a good shoe but it would be nice to have some consistent sizing. If you’re looking at these I would go a size larger than you normally buy.

These are the best fitting shoes of this type I’ve found in a long time. I have flat, narrow feet. So snug enough on the sides, heel fit grips nicely, & toe box is big enough. Very comfortable for me. Have to wait & see about durability.

First pair of proper running shoes in over 10 years, so not a lot to compare to, but so far they feel like they are going to be comfortable and help me get back into it. Time will tell on durability.

Good Ole Brooks and this company has been a solid provider for many years in my closet. This shoe proves to be comfortable and responsive. I love the color and enjoy my runs!!!
