(4E, Size 12) Only shoes for my wide feet. Ran my first marathon and without feet pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (4E, Size 12) My flat & wide feet get destroyed by most brands; On, Adidas, NB, Nike. After trying these on, my feet were not UNcomfortable for the first time in years. My only complaint is I'd like colors besides gray & black... Marathon: I trained for & ran my first marathon in these, running up to 50 miles per week. Pain: Stop binding your feet and get these if you experience blisters and pain. The salesman tried to get me to buy more expensive & narrow On shoes, claiming "shoes should be a little tight." Ignore them! Style: I only wear these when running. They are very chunky 27 Male

Great Shoes For Daily Walks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband needed a fresh new pair of walking shoes.I decided to get him Brooks Ghost Max 3’s as I thought he could wear them on his daily walks. For the last few weeks, my husband has been wearing his new pair of shoes every day. He likes the shoes design. It’s current and modern. He likes the shoes fit and feel. They are true-to-size and comfortable to wear. His favorite thing about the shoes is how well made they are. All the fabrics and materials are of high quality. His least favorite thing is how the shoes are not available in a variety of different colors. If given the opportunity, my husband would highly recommend Brooks Ghost Max 3’s. As he loves wearing his new pair of shoes on his daily walks.

Color Tone Is More Green Than Expected

These shoes are comfortable, and I love the overall design. However, the color in person is a bit different than what I expected from the photos. The “tea” or “khaki” tone shown online looks more like a neutral tan, but in real life it leans even more greenish or even olive almost like a muted chartreuse. It’s not a bad color, just not as versatile as I hoped. I originally bought them thinking they’d pair well with most of my tan, khaki, and charcoal outfits, but the green tint makes them a little trickier to match, especially if you can only get 1-2 pairs of nice shoes a year. Still keeping them because the gradient design is unique, just be aware that the color might show up differently in person depending on your wardrobe.

Absurdly comfortable, no fatigue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These chunky cushioned Ghost Max 3s are a winner for my wide feet. I don't have experience with its predecessor but I can only imagine this was probably a step up. Wide toebox, comfortable mesh upper and the DNA Loft 3 midsole provided me with all day comfort. Fresh out of the box, I went out for a day on my feet, carting our son around an outdoor amusement park. Generally, with softer shoes, my legs feel some fatigue, but that wasn't the case with these! The padding around the heel was particularly cushy. Overall, I can't recommend these enough!

Best daily shoes Ive ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ghost Max 3 is incredibly comfortable right out of the box. The cushioning feels soft but still supportive, making it perfect for long walks, easy runs, or being on your feet all day. The wide, stable base adds confidence with every step, and the smooth ride keeps your legs from feeling beat up. Not a speed shoe — but for comfort and daily wear, it’s a winner.

Very good shoes but mine came with a defect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the ghost Max 3 very much but I have to return my order because the right shoe has tiny portion between the midsole and width area that is unstitched or not glued satisfactorily. This part looks like an opening or a tiny pocket and is visible, especially when bending. Once I returned the shoes and I receive the refund, I probably will buy again and hope that Brooks will send me a well made pair. Except for the issue that is mentioned in this review, I love the ghost Max 3.

Beware of the Ghost Max 3, it is a completely different shoe and not for the better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ghost Max 3 is very different than the previous version of the Ghost Max 2. Online reviews kept insisting that the two versions are largely the same, but I could not disagree more after trying out two pairs. Unfortunately, this version is not a solid shoe that hugs both my foot and the ground when running or power walking. It is not a solid shoe. It took me many tries with Brooks until I found the Ghost Max 2 to be the best fit for me with my custom orthotics. Now that the previous model is no longer available and this current version is a complete disappointment I will have to search other brands.

Comfortable and Orthotic Friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are quite possibly the best shoes I've had since being told I have to wear an ankle foot orthotic (afo), even after only wearing them for two weeks. It's very accommodating and makes wearing the orthotic a lot less uncomfortable. I have to be on my feet all day and have noticed that I am able to move better and my feet are less tired at the end of the day. Definitely going to get myself another pair.
