Very close, but not perfect
For running, I believe bone conduction is the safest way to enjoy music or audiobooks. These are great for just that. I enjoy that I am able to listen to my phone while still being able to hear my surroundings pretty well. These are very comfortable, and I have not had any issues with fit. The only issues are that I wish the battery life was a little better (10 hours) and I wish they didn't get drowned out when my surroundings are too loud. The sound quality is not perfect, but for bone conducting headphones these are right in line with Shoks.
