Worth the price... barely

I tried these because I was tired of paying a premium price for Jabra ear buds that just didn't last long enough to justify the cost. For the price, I didn't expect these to sound nearly as good as the Jabras and they don't. Nor did I expect the sound cancellation to be great, and it's not. While I didn't expect much for the price, I am still disappointed at the dropouts, which I haven't experienced in earbuds in a long time. I'm keeping them because the faults are tolerable, considering the price.

DO NOT BUY - AND AVOID REI AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT BUY! After one use, the earbuds either will not go out of Mono mode or the right earbud will not hold a charge. There is no way to know. I have tried a dozen fixes found on the internet for the Mono mode problem; NOTHING WORKS! The factory reset method requires double jointed fingers to complete the push and hold procedures. The JBL app is useless with no method to factory reset or change from Mono to Stereo mode. I tried to return these to REI, but since I did not have the charging cable (a 3-inch useless cable), they would not accept a return. I truly miss the hallmark return policy that REI abandoned a couple years ago. REI is just another big box store with no customer service. Even Amazon would have simply taken back the earbuds (without charging me shipping!) without the cable or questions. I am done with REI. I will shop Garage Grown Gear or Amazon. REI is no better than Walmart at this point. And quite a bit more expensive./

Not worth it, don't recommend to buy

Not worth it for the price. Very uncomfortable to insert and I have large ears. The outside plastic, not the soft insert spreads and presses on your cartilage. The sound quality is horrendous. I've been using skull candy bluetooth buds since 2016 and they have better sound quality. You have to download an app to improve sound, but only marginally. The only plus is the bluetooth call on the sending end is rather clear.

Good, but max volume is weak.

Good battery time and sound quality. However, even at max volume, these are incredibly quiet, making it hard to hear podcasts in any sort of a noisy environment.

Great features and quality for what you pay.

These are packed with features , the ANC works well and they are comfortable to wear for pretty long periods of time so far.
