The North Face  DotKnit Thermal Base Layer Set - Kids'

I live in the mountains, in Idyllwild, and it gets cold and snowy up here and this set is so nice, cozy, warm and versatile! I wear the set to bed on cold nights and even outside for a walk, I wear the thermal bottoms with a tshirt during to run errands in town. I love wearing the top with my North Face Trailwear hi rise tights when out for a run. I bought the teen size XL and the set fits my women's size 2 body perfectly, even after a few washes. The fabric is polyester and they wash and dry so well, and keep their shape. I machine wash inside out and put them in the dryer for a few minutes then pull them out and hang by the nifty loop inside each piece to fully dry. And the color! Bright orange -- stand out in a crowd!

As thermal for ski

Purchased these for skiing base layer for my kids; the material seems warm and the set is well-made, but the pants were short, and the tops were long in the torso and sleeves. They weren't quite right for layering under other gear for us so we didn't keep them. It would be valuable to have a size chart for this item that shows the inseam of the pants.

The quality was so good. Got this for my nieces for Christmas and they loved it the color was so cute. Just like the picture. They are super warm and full length. Definitely a stylish way to keep the kids warm.

Prolonged single digit temps in Virginia led me to these comfy, warm girl's thermal set. Excellent NorthFace quality & washes well. Kids will outgrow them & be great to pass along!
