Great bag fits more than you'd think
Great pack! I wanted a commuter backpack that didn't feel too big but was also still attractive. Since some reviews state how little this bag holds I was concerned about capacity but the dimension matched a bag I used to use so I figured I'd give it a try. The bag arrived and I can fit my mac air 13 plus cord, a 24 hydro flask, a small pouch of smaller items, phone, keys, wallet, lunch, pullover, pens, and a book. The material is quality and I appreciated the metal hardware over plastic.

Astonished at the poor quality- this is a $5 bag
I am floored at the poor quality of this bag and that it would be sold under the Osprey brand or carried by REI- this is a $5 bag that radically departs from what consumers know of Osprey quality. There is no structure or support to the bag, the straps, zippers, buckles/finishes are what I would expect from a $10 children's back pack from Target (at best). I am slender 5'8, 135lb woman- the bag looks like a children's backpack on me and would not accommodate more than a 14lb laptop, small notebook, wallet, keys, and phone. It would be unlikely to hold a 28 oz hydroflask water bottle. Ridiculous.

Great bag - a couple of downsides for ease of use

I purchased this backpack for everyday use as a college professor. I like its small size, sturdy but light construction, the olive green color, and that it holds my basic necessities (laptop, iPad, a book or two, pens, etc.). The only reason I take off a star is there are some functionality quirks that really make it less useful than it could have been. For someone who slings a bag over the left shoulder and is right handed, I like it when I can swing the bag down toward the front and access the from zipper pocket or the water bottle pocket. I can't with this, as they are on the other side of the bag. That's a real pain. Otherwise, love the feature and pockets and will be using this bag for the foreseeable future.

Perfect size for my office bag

Perfect size for my office bag. Very light and comfy. Hopefully we'll made and durable since it's osprey, but it's only been a month of use. So far, no complaints.

Love the bag, but one BIG issue

I love the size of the bag, the feel of the bag, and the organization inside of the bag. But the flap constantly comes undone. The class just doesn’t do a good job at being hooked on to the anchor points on the back. So I took a rubber band and twisted it around the hook, so that it would have some extra friction to hold onto the anchor.

Great Size

Purchased this to bicycle from my home to work downtown. This bag does the job well and holds my things securely. Just those wondering, the built-in padded pocket fits my M3 16" (sixteen inch) MBP without issues. I can even comfortably fit my 16" MBP + iPad in the same padded pocket.

I love this pack. My

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pack. My 16" MacBook fits perfectly. It fits my laptop and accessories, notepad and a book. I was looking for something for work that wasn't bulky, a style I could dress up to blend in corporate without being too outdoorsy. This backpack is quality! Very pleased.

Stylish and Easy

The bag is super comfortable to use. It holds so much more weight and items than expected. Really nice and safe pocket for a laptop. Small enough that it doesn't take a lot of space.

I love it! It is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! It is definitely small but it has enough space for my work laptop, a small water bottle, and a small container of personal items. It is just a commuter backpack.
