Just what I wanted
I wanted a bag that was practical but didn’t look too “hiking-y” for my commute to work. This has been perfect. The straps are comfortable. The side water bottle pouch is big enough for my 700ml water bottle but then disappears when the bottle is taken out. The laptop section is big and gives good protection. It’s just the right size to carry everything I need but not be bulky. And lastly I love the colour; it brightens my day!

Great Bag
I have used this for a few days commuting now and am really enjoying it. I like having all the capacity in one place and have fitted lunch, jumper, brolly, various bits of tech, glasses, water bottles and there is still plenty of room. I like that it rolls down quite small, and feels super comfy on my back. I am quite small, 5ftish and it doesn't drag may back at all and feels quite streamlined on crowded trains

Stylish and comfortable
I love this bag. There is lots of space, even to carry lunch in front pocket. It is very comfortable to carry and looks good. Only thing is getting used to having your things ‘deep inside’ so it’s a bit harder than with a zip backpack to see what you have put in.
