Good shock absorption

Good so far. Used on moderate trails. Shock absorption effective at reducing wrist fatigue.

Sturdy

I use these to help with balance when hiking. Very durable even when on rocky trails. I like the shock absorption feature that seems to help reduce fatigue & numbness. I haven’t had any reliability issues. Having said that, users should be careful not to overextend the lower part—I imagine that would cause it to break.

great poles

They work great! We especially like them when going down hills or in snow. These are sturdy and good quality. Only complaint is they are still a bit long when packed down, and sometimes get caught on trees/bushes when strapped on our packs.
