The knitted Stealth-fit and bouncy cushioning are very comfortable and hard features to come by with other brands. Highly recommend if you want a lightweight shoe to wear for hours. Grip is great too even running downhill on wet sealed roads. For a more snug fit I went down half a size from what I wore in the Adrenaline, and in the Levitate Stealth-fit shoes. Wearing thicker socks with this shoe has made them hug my feet perfectly, especially around the ankle.
The best, supportive and comfiest yet super stylish shoe I have ever worn. So comfortable and fits great. Feels like you are walking and running on clouds. My first Brooks purchase and it won’t be my last. I get so many compliments about these shoes. They look so good on!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a different level of running shoe. It isn't like the traditional shoes on the market. I loved that the shoe was all 1 piece and I didn't have to worry about the tongue rubbing or moving around. The foam at the heel took some getting used to. It is towards the base instead of at the top. I personally have high arches and this didn't provide the support I like. There is a great amount of cushion when running. I am a casual runner, and just getting back into running. As a Mom of 4 kids that I chase all day, my feet don't hurt at the end of the day! Super plus for that! They are my go to shoes now, none of the other brands can compete.
Bought for a trip to Portugal. Tried a bunch of different styles, but felt the support in the heel as well as padded heal area would be welcome. I have a wider foot and the front was roomy. I also have wonky ankles and the knit support hit me in the right place. They are a tad snug to put on, but these aren’t designed as a slip on! The cushion on the sole was unbelievable throughout miles of hills and uneven terrain in Portugal. The weather was warm, but my feet weren’t the least bit hot due to the lightweight but sturdy fabric. Best of all, they still look brand new. These will definitely be my daily walkers.
So much cushion! I first bought Glycerines in 2013 when I really got into running. I transitioned to Cascadias since I was mostly doing trail running. Now that I'm signed up for a road race, and getting older, I wanted something with a lot of cushion for hitting the pavement. These are so amazing! I ran a 5K race my third time out in them and they did great, required almost no break in. I was concerned when I first put them on the the right heel slipped a little bit that went away with the first run. I like my shoes tight so the sock fit is awesome and not that hard to put on. Also, they just look great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure what to expect seeing shoes with pink accents and a thick sole. But they function very well. The soles are thick and cushiony but super light. I had to weigh them to see that they even weigh less than my thinner soled running shoes. The low weight and cushioned support make these great shoes for running outside and in the gym. I like this unique shoe design with no tongue and easy to tie laces. I don’t have adjust the shoes just slip my feet in and tie the shoes once. I made no adjust before or after a run. Sizing was true to size and they fit well so I was ready to go in seconds.
I’ve been running in Brooks for 10+ years (with a brief hiatus to HOKA). I have been wearing the stealth fit glycerin for 2 months while training for a half marathon. Initially loved how light it was, found the upper interesting and just felt like a responsive neutral shoe. Not even 50 miles of wear on the shoes I started experiencing issues. The foam wore out quickly, the upper/laces couldn’t lock down my foot properly, hot spots, sometimes I felt like there was a rock stuck in the tread only to find nothing there. These are maybe good for walkers/weekend warriors but I would not recommend for serious training (go with the regular glycerins!)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are so comfy! They have a thick bouncy sole that makes each step feel cushioned. It has a good bounce that makes jogging easy. Even though the soles are soft, there is still enough support that my ankles don't pronate. They're definitely made for running and not all day walking. I tried them for a 12hr hospital shift and that didn't really work for me. I'll definitely keep to wearing these for jogging and errands. I like the fit overall, they're snug and are true to size. The colors are feminine and not too loud so can go with just about anything.
I use these shoes in my home gym. Perfect for lifting and running on my treadmill. They fit like a glove around the ankle, but I have plenty of toe room. I love these.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I walk with my dog and daughter about 5 miles every day and occasionally I'm able to sneak in a run. When I unboxed these shoes, I noticed how different they looked compared to other running shoes; the sole is very wide and high. I was a bit nervous about rolling my ankle with such a high sole, but after using these for the past two weeks my fears have subsided. The shoes are incredibly comfortable and stable. They still look a bit funny to me though. I have minor back issues and somehow they've subsided while wearing these shoes. I'm not sure if that's coincidental. My only concern is how long they'll hold up. The top part of the shoe is mesh so it almost feels like I'm wearing a thick sock. I'm wondering how long that mesh will hold up. All in all, these shoes are great and I'll continue to wear them happily!
