Straps obscure zipper
Nice size and cute pattern. Fits snugly under my bike seat. However, the way the straps hook under the bottom hinder the zipper from unzipping unless you take the bag off or jam the zipper through the straps. That’s on me for not looking at the picture closer. I’m debating if I’ll keep this. The phone mount bag from Electra is very roomy on its own.
Bike bag
I needed a small bag to carry a couple necessaries for the summer commuter bike. I have one of similar size to this one for the winter commuter, for a couple Allen wrenches and some rubber gloves and paper towels (I was having chain problems for a while, and the winter bike has an oiled chain--oil plus salty slush = big mess). This one will serve well for the summer bike. My gripe is that the mounting strap also holds it closed--so to open the bag, I must undo the Velcro strap. Since its used infrequently, it's a minor inconvenience. And the colors complement my old Stumpjumper that gets me to work.
This saddle bag looks perfect on my bike. The colors are outstanding. Perfect size.
