Stable and secure

Super stable saddle bag if packed correctly (just like any other saddle bag). The cradle system is really nice if you put heavier objects in first. Stuffing the bag took some finesse as the narrow end is hard to pack into if you have larger hands. The bag extends back past the cradle, so if you have heavier objects closer to the rolltop side, it's bounce around a lot. I also noticed this if the things I'm packing end exactly at the cradle. For example, my sleeping bag can pack in first, but ends up right at the end of the cradle. If I put clothes in next, then the clothes can bounce around as the only stability that end gets is from the compression strap. Just have to pack it smartly and it's all good. Didn't love that the bag secures with the same strap that attaches the cradle to the seatpost. A minor inconvenience if you're taking the bag off at the end of each day. I typically just loosened the straps and kept the bag in the cradle so it wasn't a deal breaker.
