I've used this sleeping bag for cool nights on a multiday raft trip down the Wild and Scenic Rogue River and several trailheads before big ski mountaineering objectives in the PNW. It's a great blend of lightweight and warmth needed for cool nights under the stars. I really like the expanding lower section for my bog feet (sz 15) and ability to store extra gear or clothing that might need to stay warm. The side zips work quite well to allow for easy extraction when needed. The length worked great for me at 6'5". Lots of compliments on the poppy stripes. This is an excellent compliment to my zero degree winter bag.
Used this on a night starting at 70F and then down to about 50F. It was perfect! Temperature stayed comfortable through the night without having to adjust the bag. It's nice and roomy as well which is great for a summer bag. The stuff sack that comes with it does not provide a lot of compression although this is not really a problem in the summer.
Marmot always makes quality sleeping bags. I've owned a few synthetic sleeping bags of theirs now, but this is my first Down bag ever and I don't regret it. It packs up tight and provided great warmth on a few 30* nights and was great during a recent car camping trip. Highly recommend, however I'd be wary about using this outside late spring, summer and early fall unless you're combining with additional layers or an insert. It's a summer bag for a reason.
All my sleeping bags are made by Marmot, and they span the different seasons we have in Alaska. This bag is colorful and the new improvement is the fishtail you can unzip and move around in. Its down so its light but lofty. The zippers on my bags do not snag and the down stays in the bag and not falling out at the baffles. Just really well made and comfortable. If you buy a Marmot bag or two you will probabley never switch to another brand. My bags need to not fail me at 45 degrees and much more crucially at -20F, and I have never had any problems with Marmot bags. They are reasonable in price for such a good investment. No regrets ever with choosing Marmot. It may not be Always Summer in Alaska, but in this bright and citrusy bag you will want it to be.
This is a great lightweight bag. I normally run hot at night, so I end up climbing out in the middle of the night. Not with this bag, temperature is perfect. The only issue I have with it, its not the most roomy bag. I feel slightly constricted in certain positions. But it's not a deal breaker. Highly recommend this bag for 3 season comfort.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great bag. Had it out in Death vally with low's around 50 and it was perfect. Roomy and the foot box extension was great. Really like the construction and 2 side zips. I run hot so an option to fully open the footbox would be great and side zippers could be a few inches longer but love the bag for warmer weather camping. Went great in my Marmot tent!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The zipper cars on the too short zippers won't stay put, making the hood useless! If I did have a hooded down jacket with me I think I might have been hypothermic. I just returned it and will buy a bag with standard zipper layout. Additionally, the hood cinches won't stay put either and the little cords dangle ANNOYINGLY in your face.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dual zipper sleeping bag for the 40+ evenings. The bag is light weight, yet high quality. I liked is so much I purchased a similar on for my wife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. Packs easy and takes very little space. We keep them in the bag of our motorcycle and it is our primary sleeping bag.
