Perfect fit with no break-in time needed. I've been wearing Merrell's s as my main brand every day shoe, trail runner, and light/mod hhiking shoe for over two decades. These Agility Peaks fit perfectly into my category of perfect shoes. The colors are awesome, the shoe is light and comfy, and people ask me about them daily. Cant go wrong with Merrell.

This sneaker/shoe/hiking shoe is awesome! They are very comfortable and support the foot in all the right places. I went on a hike Mother’s Day and absolutely loved wearing this shoe!

*Disappointed in the Colour* I specifically purchased these shoes because I loved the dark Grey colour they appear to be. However when I received them they're black (which the description says but the picture look's grey) I tried them on quickly and they are very comfortable because of the insoles. Appear to have a great lug for either the hiking trail or general walking. I've yet to decide if I'm going to keep them or switch for a different pair. Only because I'm not huge on the colour yet. Also the sizes seem off compared to other Merrell shoes that I've purchased. Looking online their chart says 8.5 Women's is EU size 39.5 .However on the box it says EU size 39 so the other pairs I ordered for myself and a family member will be too small and will have to be returned. These shoes fit me spot on where I normally take a size 7.5-8 in Merrell's these are an 8.5 . I would highly recommend measuring so you don't order the wrong size like I did. Now my other huge issue is there's a small tear on the one side right near the sole of the shoe. I would think if I actually wore them they would come apart in no time so not impressed right out of the box. I'm a loyal Merrell fan, always have been. They're the only brand I wear and have been faithfully purchasing them since the mid nineties. Though I can't wear them anymore I still have my favourite pair of Merrell shoes from 1995. Please bring out more dark blue colours to choose from in different styles. These are a great lightweight shoe with a great lug. My review is based solely on the damage and colour. Thanks Merrell

These sneakers are the best!!!! They're so comfortable and so awesome!! I got my nails done in the same color just to match!!! I love these sneakers and feel like I can walk all day anywhere in them!!!! They're so awesome I've been going out for a lot more walks since I got them!!!

I typically try to stay with the same shoe I know works, and can't find the agility synthesis. Ordered these as the foam/material behind my agility synthesis heel has completely degraded/smushed down, even though those shoes have lots of life left in them and are perfect. The agility peak are sooooo comfortable and I can tell they have extra cushioning, which is much needed here. The toe box is wider than the agility synthesis, and they feel a bit longer, too. True to size with zero need to size down, I wear an 8.5. It feels like they have plenty of arch support, which I was concerned about after reading one review. I love that the green/brown kind of blend in with nature and go with everything too :) Thank you Merrell!

These fit like my many other pairs of Merrill’s. They are supportive but I’m questioning whether they have enough cushioning for all day comfort. I have hip and spine issues and I don’t feel like they are absorbing the impact of my steps as well as I was hoping. I’m still on the fence about keeping these. I ordered the colour Moonbeam and it’s different from the pictures. While the laces are a shade of pink/beige, the shoe is more of a grey/purple hue, it’s hard to describe but they are not the cream colour shown.

These work really well for me, as a new trail runner - the toe box is spacious, the comfort and stability feel good, and they look great, obviously. I have some road running to do to get to a trail and they're equally great there. I'd definitely buy these again and recommend them.

Why reinvent the sneaker?

I'm so disappointed in the design of these shoes. I can't wear them but with the thinnest sock, so my foot doesn't feel "nested" in the shoe. With a normal athletic sock, they would have a bit of padding between skin and shoe. They are SO difficult to get on, it is truly an unpleasant experience, and so I don't choose them to wear. I'm very disappointed in Merrill...I've bought Merrill shoes for over 25 years, and have Merrill mocs and Moab trail shoes, which are great.

The best trail runners ever

After buying and returning 4 pair of shoes of different brands, I finally found the perfect trail runners! Merrells have always fit my feet well, but the last two pair just didn't have the traction of the first two pair. So I'd set about trying and even buying different brands, but none of them worked for me. Then I saw these Merrells on line and they're fantastic on my feet. Better still, the traction is unbelievable! I'm buying another pair now for when these wear out.

Great light weight hiker

I was looking for a light weight hiker to travel with. I wore these on the Samaria Gorge in Crete which is a significant down hill descent for the first two miles then bolder hopping and rocky train for the next 7. My feet did great in these shoes, which is a significant accomplishment. My only complaint is the padding on the back ankle is breaking down quicker than I expected. Really appreciate a good shoe that works with my difficult feet.
