Nice but did not work out for us
Unfortunately these snowshoes did not work for my wife. No matter what she did, after a while the bindings seemed to come loose enough so that the boots were wiggling a bit and were no longer aligned with the snowshoe. We tried with two different boots, same result. We ended up returning them. Other than that, the kit was nice and a good value.
Nice Snowshoes
The snowshoes worked well in deep snow. The telescpoing poles are easy to adjust and the two types of pole baskets make them more effective in different types of snow conditions. The only thing I didn't like is the heel strap. The plastic strap becomes semi rigid when cold making it difficult to get both on and off the heel of the boot.
Bindings and Big Feet!
These snowshoes work very well once I get them on and buckled down. However, I am still trying to figure out the best way to get my size 13 boots into the bindings. The bindings don’t open up very wide and it’s a little tight.
