Features

  • Updated, roomier design features expanded headroom and a larger front entry with updated high-volume architecture and steeper walls
  • DAC Angle SF single-pole hub allows for high-volume pole architecture, resulting in steeper walls; vertical door construction adds more usable volume to the vestibule

  • Solution-dyed fabric is highly resistant to UV fade
  • All seams are taped with waterproof, solvent-free polyurethane tape (free of PVC and VOCs)

kept me dry every night

I just finished the Tour du Mont Blanc with this tent. It rained on me every night, shook it out in the morning then rolled it up, hiked 13 miles with it strapped on the top of my bag (to not get my other gear wet) IN the rain again, just to set it up and have the inside completely dry! The inside didn’t get wet at all, not while hiking, not sleeping, nadda! So light even when it was wet. I did purchase a small foot print and that definitely helped, I was unsure if I would like the door placement but it made getting in and out, getting my boots on, and everything super easy! Also backpacked in a heat wave and slept without the fly and it was lovely!! Highly recommend this tent!!

If you want a bathtub when it’s raining get this

I’ve taken this tent on several trips in a variety of weather now. The good: great headroom and space for a 1p, ultra light, roof stays dry in rain, easy to set up. The bad, and this is really bad if you’re hiking the AT…. The floor pan keeps ZERO water out when it’s raining. Nada. Zilch. I’ve waterproofed it several times. Compared to my other tents (which keep the water from entering the floor pan- the REI Sl and Nemo) it lets all the water in through the floor. The roof is waterproof but what’s the point when the floor pan is a bathtub?

Ultralight in the wind.

First UL 1 person tent. I typically hammock camp but needed a tent for the Guadalupe Mtns. Was nervous how well the tent would withstand high winds, but had no issues.

Going to exchange and give it one more try.

It's definitely light weight as described and pretty easy to assemble. My concern with it being so light weight was would it hold up. I have slept 4 nights in it and there is some separation in the fabric starting near the zipper of the main tent. I am going to exchange it for the same and see if maybe it was just a one off malfunction.

Love it

The rainfly was a bit short, so bought ultralight fabric and velcro to add some length to it. It’s super light and easy to set up, no tears or zipper problems been backpacking with it for 2 years now!! Lots of head room(am 5”6)

Super light, kinda small.

I have had this tent on a couple of trips now, for the record I have the bikepacking version (shorter poles same tent). PROS: this thing is so light and tiny, it's about the size of a Nalgene and under #2. It vents well, assembles easy. Lots of storage, 2 lofts and a side pocket. CONS: I'm about 6'2" and this tent is snug, I can kind of sit up, not a lot of space to maneuver, enough for me to sleep and store some bags around my head. I consider it a very spacious bivy.
