For hand circumference, measure around your dominant hand just below the knuckles.

Overall very pleased
Pros: Provides wind protection for extra warmth. Can wear gloves without too much trouble placing or removing hands from pogies. Pleased with the structure, they do not collapse. Fit over mountain E-bike bars without too much trouble. This version is improved over the lasts that the donut seal doesn't fall out. Cons: Not as insulated as I thought. Attachment for pogies screw into handlebars, my bike has solid bars therefore holes in side of pogies remain open because the plug can't be used without hollow bars. I will have to make some kind of plug myself. Adjustable cord ripped on first outing, will exchange. Pricy.
