Went for a thirty mile ride in Downtown Detroit with these on and was throughly impressed with the way they handled in the cold. I tend to struggle quite badly in below 40F weather but these held up incredibly well. Grip was perfect while I was flying around Belle Isle at 25mph+. I might grab a pair of the touch screen enabled ones well to see how they fare.
Probably the best pair of gloves I've ever had. Warm, but lightweight. I can actually feel stuff through them, unlike other thicker gloves. They are not for VERY cold weather, but they are perfect for pretty cold weather (I wear them in 20F-40F/rainy weather all the time and they're perfect for that)
Tight fit tho I ordered in keeping with the sizing guidelines. Had to stop to warm up fingertips every 4-5 miles at 35 degrees. A product like this might benefit from having a temp range given as is done with sleeping bags.
These gloves have a very close fit and rubber-like feel, giving a great grip. Kept my fingers warm enough to about 24° - I have lousy circ and used for outdoor activites other than biking. Did have to occassional take off w/ heavy exertion to keep from overheating.
