Awesome river/water shoes

These are fantastic river shoes! I've worn them at the lake, kayaking, fishing - they're wonderful. They feel good right out of the water. They dry quickly. I've hiked right after getting out of the water and I didn't get any blisters or anything like I have with other brands. The green is a fantastic color too!!! <3 In love. They fit just as I expect Merrell shoes to fit. I almost always wear a 10, and these were no exception. Good room in the toe box, my feet don't feel cramped. They go on and don't come off until I want them too.

Excellent fit and comfort even for my wide feet

I was a bit nervous to order these online since I have a wide foot, and the Sieve don't come in a wide option. But, Merrell has a pretty simple return policy, so I decided to risk it. I ordered 1/2 size up. They fit like a dream and are so comfortable and soft on the skin. I just wore them during a one-hour workout at the gym, they performed really well and they smelled nice and fresh when I took them off. I purchased the Siren Sport Q2 waterproof shoe along with the Sieve to use during my 500 mile walk on the Camino de Santiago next spring. I'm very happy with both choices, and I think they will both do a great job.

Amazing comfort

Took these out of the box, put them on, and went for a long walk in them shortly after, forgetting I was wearing brand new shoes (sockless, no less). I never even noticed them. They fit perfectly, and not a whisper of friction or pinching on my bare skin. The color is prettier than in the photo, even. Brighter. I love these. The only thing that brought them down to 4 stars is, they're not all that cool (as in temperature). It's only May, but I can already tell that my feet will sweat in them without socks on, once it gets any warmer out. Still, I love these for their comfort and sturdiness, and looks.

Hydrohike Game Changers

These have been my go-to hiking shoes all summer. I am typically skeptical of water shoes because I find most of them end up rubbing and uncomfortable when sopping wet, but not these babies. They fit like a glove and feel like a real hiking shoe on the bottom - rocks be darned. I've let a couple friends give them a go to feel the difference and they've ordered them immediately with no regrets. I highly recommend this shoe.

I am in love with these shoes

I have weird feet. Although both feet measure 7.5 B, and I'm a normal pronator, I have a wide toe box and a high instep, so I always have to go up at least a half size. I actually wear an 8.5 wide in running shoes to accommodate my high instep. I normally go to a store to try before I by, but I could not find anyone in my area that sold the All Out Blaze Sieves, so I decided to take a chance an order an 8B. To my delight, they fit perfectly, and they are oh so comfortable. I am in love with these shoes! Since these are hiking shoes, I wear them with 1/4 light-weight hiking socks, but I imagine they would be just as cozy without socks, perfect for walking through streams or on the beach.

Amazing!

This shoe is so light weight and comfortable it makes hiking or everyday walking very easy. I love the extra airflow the openings provide that keep my feet dry and cool!

comfortable but hot

I usually consider Merrell's as my 'go to' brand, as the fit works 100% of the time. I have not tried these sandals on wet rocks yet, so I can't speak to their traction. They are replacing my Keen Clearwaters, which are several ounces lighter and loved beyond repair by my puppy. I thought I was replacing sandals with sandals, but this is clearly a shoe - with a few aeration holes which I'm not sure do much (or maybe those holes are for the water...). Positives: color (grey and purple), fit Negatives: a neoprene like fit hugs your foot and it gets hot and sweaty just walking around. The minus to my airy Keens was that they eventually developed a mildew odor I could not get rid of. I am concerned this will happen sooner with overtly sweaty feet in this shoe.

disappointed in heel mold

Color was bright but not overpowering - very cute. Size was perfect and overall the shoe was extremely comfortable. The only bad thing was that my heels just didn't fit/sit right in the molded heel cup. It felt 'off' and uncomfortable when I tried the shoes on and walked across the room. I could not adjust to fit snugly on my heels or the backs of my ankles, and a larger size would have been too big everywhere else. Definitely recommend the shoe, just wasn't quite right for me. Seemed very durable and breathable.

Best sandals ever

This is my third pair of these sandals. I have issues from my feet earned while in the USMC. I need shoes with good quality soles or my feet hurt and break down. These shoes have vibram soles and are 1st rate quality. I buy a new pair every summer to ensure I take care of my feet. These never break or tear apart. I could not recomend them more. If you want good quality sandals that take care of your feet and can take you anywhere from the street to the trail, these are the shoes for you.

Have nearly worn these out!

Bought the brown last year. I wore them a lot and they are showing it. Pros: easy to pack, water repellant, and fairly comfortable. Cons: the back pushes your foot forward, jamming toes into the end. I have a high instep and the tops of my feet get sore. Even if you let out the elastic laces it doesn't matter. The top is stretchy but not nearly enough. The laces do nothing, really. I did consider buying another pair in a different color this year but decided to find something else.
