I love that Merrell has come out with lighter color shoes. These are so well made that I am using them as my "gym" shoes since they will definitely hold up longer than any other brand of sneaker. Keep on making those lighter color shoes and I will keep buying them!
I really love these shoes they are a bit whiter than the picture in my opinion but still so cute. I haven’t had any problems with these shoes so far and they’ve been on at least 5 hikes with me so far
I am so happy I bought these Vista shoes!! Great arch support and a sturdy shoe! The colors are beautiful and really do remind me of the colors of a sunset!
I recently had foot surgery and now have to wear tennis shoes, and didn't have any. I really got lucky finding Merrell's sale. The first pair arrived and were very comfortable! This pair arrived a day or 2 later and oh my goodness, these fit like a glove and are the absolute most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned!!! I wasn't sure about the color but they are subtle and add some interest! Way to go Merrell! By the way my Dr. asked me to bring my new shoes into my next appointment and his words were, "the Merrell's are definitely the best!"
I bought these for the "change of pace" colors, thinking it would otherwise be just like the regular Moab 3. And maybe it is. However, for sure the fabric is much different. It almost feels like plastic or something very artificial, rather than the standard mesh. It didn't have the same flexibility. The laces also didn't seem as good. Between the fabric and the laces I wasn't able to lace them up as tightly. With time maybe this would have changed. I returned them and ordered the straight up Moab 3, my 4th pair--always great!
I am a loyal Merrell wearer and have purchased many pairs of Merrell sandals and hiking shoes over many years. This is the first pair of shoes that have disappointed me. My feet are covered in blisters from wearing these shoes and I wore them walking while travelling overseas, so I had no other shoes to switch to. Luckily I brought my Merrell sandals with me, so I wore them for the remainder of my holiday -- with my feet covered in bandages. I would not recommend these shoes. I love my Merrell sandals though!!!
I like this shoe a lot but it's not as good as the women's Bravada 2 (waterproof). This shoe does not fit my foot as well, and it feels less supportive. Wherease my Bravada 2 molds to my foot and it feels like an extension of my body, this moab feels like I'm stepping on a flat surface- not nearly as enjoyable, fast and comfortable. But I like the way it looks.
I buy a new pair almost every year to wear at horse shows when I am not competing. They are sturdy enough to take being stepped on, light enough to run from barn to arena, and just generally well constructed. These are the lightest colored ones I have had so we will see how that holds up but I am very pleased with these shoes overall.
Good sturdy walking shoes. The support is amazing which is why I tend to purchase Merrell’s. I bought these just before a vacation and wore them on a few walks. They did give me blisters on the back of my heel so unfortunately could not take them. Hopefully they will be able to be broken in.
I received these shoes today and tried them on. They fit really well. I had tried on the running shoe version of the moab 3 at a store and I liked how they felt, so I was curious to see how the hiking shoe would compare. The soles are a bit tall, but I didn't feel off balance.
