Pay attention to the "holster" part of the title.

This is a pretty good bottle holder IF plan to use it as intended. It has a clever design that allows it to hold bottled of a variety of sizes, but it won't handle very wide or very tall bottles well. Width is a reasonable limit - it uses elastics, so they need to keep it snug - but height is a bit of a let down. The bottom is adjustable and secured by velcro, and the only reason it can't handle taller bottles is that they kept the adjustment strap short. A few more inches and this would have been much more flexible. Second, be aware the hook is designed for a belt (thus, "holster"). It will attach to other things (like wide molle), but not very well. It's probably still secure, but it's going to move around a lot. If you're buying this for it's intended purpose (Effectively, a beer can pocket you clip to your belt) then it's going to do the job. Just don't make the mistake of buying this thinking you can clip it to the outside of a backpack or anything similar.

Good bottle holder, but limited depth changing option. You cannot set the depth to max depth for tall bottles without the length strap will no longer hold.

Nice but strap not long enough for larger bottles

Great drink holster, robust configuration and designed to last long. The only small detail I see is that it looks it is designed for soda or beer cans and smaller water bottles. The strap that goes under the can or bottle is not long enough to hold taller vases. It should be great if the strap can be a little longer to hold taller bottles.

great for multiple setups and situations

If REI didn’t make returns so easy, I wouldn’t have taken a chance on this. Seemed expensive and possibly too gadget-y. But I have several bags that need a bottle pocket, all different types. Not all have MOLLE or velcro, and keeping the bottle inside is a hassle. So far, this thing is a great solution. I have clipped it to shoulder straps where they attach, to the top edge of a camera bag’s main body, and tested it on a belt. Not completely klutz-proof (guess how i know)—but definitely practical.

Handy carrier

Once I figured out how to get my long bottle set so it didn't tip, I was relieved and able to enjoy it. The manufacturer should make the adjustment go a bit longer. I added some Velcro to make that happen.

Better for shorter bottles

Tried these out on a short hike. Easy to clip to our small day packs, but had to take off since it wasn’t very sturdy with a tall/ wide bottle. We brought a tall bottle & a large Nalgene. We like how this product makes our water accessible to us, but the heavy bottles dragged down on the straps we attached them to. We will be purchasing the kids sized Nalgene bottles to test them out on this product.

Traveler holder.

So was able to use it on my small water proof backback, worked perfect. Next test will be my full size back pack. I do wish the Velcro strap was a little longer to hold my water bottle better.

Camera Hoster

I purchased one of these and use it both as a water bottle holster as well as a 35 mm camera holster, Just ordered a second one as I usually carry two camera with different lens. For camera's I strap a small cord around the camera to keep it in place. Also on longer hikes I will use both for water as its too hard to reach around my back pack to get to. the water, i.e., I don't like stopping.
