I should have read the reviews below. I have a problem with women's running shoe colors, they are always "gendered," highlighter pink/yellow then paired with hideous clashing colors like neon blue or orange. I still buy asics however because it fits me the best of all shoe brands. The coral nimbus seemed like a good color scheme, but when I got the shoe it turned out to be a VERY bright orange/pink, unlike the image suggested online, which seemed a little softer and more on the red side. It has a white undertone that makes the color look more faded and worn in parts. I'm really disappointed to have dropped so much cash for this.

I bought these back in February and made it a point to not wear them every day to make them last. Which was easy over the summer as I love my flip flops. However, when putting my beloved ASICS back on, I realized they had begun ripping along the upper sides! I’ve never in my years of purchasing ASICS had anything like this happen! I don’t even have tread missing on the bottom yet!!! Poor quality shoes at such a high price! I really expected more out of these! My last pair lasted way longer than this! I am so disappointed and am beginning to believe this will be my last Pair of ASICS. When you pay this much for a pair of shoes, you expect them to last! I can’t even wear them anymore due to the ripping. ASICS you’ll have to do much better than this to keep my business!

This was my first Asics purchase and I am in love! I was wearing Nike and being on my feet all day, I would have severe leg/feet pain in the evening. These GEL-Nimbus 19s are very comfortable and the color is flashy and unique. I also run and I can tell that these Asics will have my feet feel as if I am running on a cloud. If you're looking for a shoe that will be comfy and stylish, these are the shoes for you. I wear a size 10 in Nike, and I ordered a size 10 from Asics and they fit perfectly.

I suffer from a severe form of plantar fasciitis and I'm in recovery mode from an Autoimmune arthritis flare up. So finding the right tennis to help alleviate the pain had been challenging. I bought several shoes cheap and pricey and this shoe by far meet every expectation and more! My heel and foot pain was almost immediately gone as soon as I put it on. By the second day, I had no foot or heel pain whatsoever! Today is day 4 and still no pain! I was even able to jog and jump with no pain which was something I was unable to do for the past 8 months!! The arches and gel are perctly constructed in this shoe! Thank u Asics! I feel alive again!

I bought this GEL-Nimbus 19 in late August, unfortunately, the sides started to tear off....see attached photos. Last year, i bought GEL-Kayano 23, they're still going strong, and are way better than these.

I have been using Asics Nimbus running trainers for many years and have always recommended them as I cover some distance running and since buying Asics have never suffered from injury (unlike other trainers). However every year without fail I have lost toe nails. I have tried buying half a size bigger, a size bigger, many running socks, protective plasters etc etc just thought it was par for the course. Purchased the Gel-Nimbus 19 after reading reviews ordered a size bigger than usual and for the first time my nails are intact even after intense training!! Even thinking of purchasing another pair before they move to the next version....

I just don't understand why Asic cannot leave things alone. I LOVED the 15's and 16's, never had a problem with my knees or ankles when running in them. The 17 and 18's got really small, I tried on in the store and left without them. I needed new shoes really bad as I am training for another half. Made a huge mistake buying the 19's. While they felt comfy at first try on, it was quite opposite on my first run. My heels and the ball of my foot hurt like crazy. After finishing my run, my knees and ankle are screaming in pain. I am done with Asic..time to start looking at another brand!!! I would never recommend anyone buying these.

I’ve use ASICS for years and years, I always buy two to have my back up just in case. The nimbus 19 is very uncomfortable for me. I’ve always use the nimbus. It seemed the width is smaller. I use a size 8.5 now even a size 9 seemed tight. I went to one of the stores here in Houston two weeks ago to ask and the lady in the store told me that yes the sizes are smaller this time. How can that be? How would I know? It is a very dissatisfyer for me. I wish I had bought 3 of the Nimbus 18. This is a good thing though at least you guys will know because of this review. I want to stick with Asics but if it is uncomfortable then I have to find another shoes. Thanks

This is the second pair of Gel Nimbus 19 I have owned, I tried the 20 and returned it since it was worse than the 19. For the 19, I did have to increase my shoe size from a 8.5 to a 9.5 to get these to fit. I wish we could go back to the version 16,17, heck, even the 18, those shoes were so much more comfortable for high impact workouts. I even tried on my old 17 versions, all worn out and they still feel superior. The toe area was much better back then and the feel of the shoe was incredible. But if I can't get the older versions, I guess this version will do. I am still hoping Asics will go back to the older designs. I am starting to look at other brands.

I normally wear an 8.5 M but with these (and Others) I had to go up 1/2 size. With that being said.....I ABSOLUTELY LUV THESE SHOES!!! Very comfortable & lots of cushion. I do not regret paying the price. I just had both hips replaced and use these for walking. I'm not a runner but if I was, theses fit the bill. I "only" gave a 4 for fit because of having to reorder 1/2 up but it seems like a lot of the styles are short/tight in the toe box, so ppl need to order 1/2 sz up. OTHERWISE THESE ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND FIT GREAT!! I get lots of compliments on the color & style!! Would definitely recommend this style.
