This is the second pair of Asics Gel Kayano 32s I've ordered from REI. Because of a bunion, I've started to order wide width shoes, and these were still available. So I figured, I'd better stock up. Both pairs were black and white - basic, but boring. Please carry more colors in various widths.

Best Running Shoes
The best running shoe I have ever had!! I got fitted at a local running store, where I bought my first pair. When I needed new ones I was so happy to see that REI carried them. Best support and I can run without my knees in pain during and after.

Not happy with quality & new design of there Asics
No, I do not recommend this product
I have been purchasing Asic gel Kayano for several year. I was very happy with the previous shoe. These are no where near the quality of my previous Asic. The design & materials are inferior compared to the other Asics I purchased.

Asics are my go to shoes. For many years I have worn the Gel-Kayano for long-distance running; however, recently purchased the 32 for indoor walking. This shoe used to fit my foot like a glove providing excellent support for pronation. However, since the structural changes, this is no longer the case. Overall, the 32 shoe is comfortable and good quality but lacks the support I am looking for. I don't usually give ratings but I hope the company considers our feedback in future design models.

These shoes are crucial for my run! I would often end a run with pain in my arches or heel. I started to focus on my form and it helped but these shoes really allowed me to take off with no pain! I also used them for a trip to Disneyland and my knees had no pain throughout the 3 days!

My Go-To Running Shoe

I went to a local running store a few years ago to be fitted. They recommended me these because I was having knee pain. Ever since wearing this line from asics I can do any distance of running without my knees acting up.

Please please add more colors!!!!!
Why just black!?!?! So silly. I want COLOR even with my narrow feet. In addition, the mesh is poor quality and tears easily. Please go back to previous year shoes, they were MUCH better.
