Still my favourite, but run small
The Noosa’s are my hands down favourite running shoes. They are supportive, light, great energy back and comfortable for long hours on my feet, stairs and lots of walking. Previous generations were true to size, this generation runs SMALL. I am generally a 9.5-10, but usually go with size 10 in runners. Because of reviews (thank you!) stating they ran small, I ordered a 10.5 when they launched new colours and had stock (finally). I have an unworn pair of Asics Novablast 5 Tokyos in the box still, size 10, and compared the two. The Novoblasts are slightly larger than the 10.5 Noosa. I could have possibly even gone up to an 11, although I do like that the Noosa’s fit close and glove-like but I don’t use them for running. Still my favourite, still amazing, but I generally wear them out in about 3-4 months (I do A LOT of walking at work) and this one absolutely runs small
Springy and peppy
This is perhaps my 8th pair of Noosa Tris in about 5 years. (I'm a high mileage kinda gal.) I love the roll off the toe, the lightness, the way they fit like a pair of comfy slippers. And I am a mid-foot striker, so I need the low heel stack. The mesh upper is comfy if you have a bunion (or 2). It's not a high cushin shoe, and might be a better shoe for experienced runners than for newbies. I use it on the road, but I especially love it on the softer surfaces of the trails because I feel so agile in it.
