ASICS  Hyper Speed 4 Road-Running Shoes - Women's

I bought these as a replacement for the now discontinued metaracer—the greatest longer distance running shoe ever made. They are closer to the metaracer than anything else I’ve been able to find though they have a higher stack, are a bit heavier and aren’t as zippy (no plate). They’re ok as a more minimal running shoe, especially considering the price point. That being said, please, please bring the metaracer back.

I loved the metaracer and thought this would be a good replacement. The shoes feels great and works well for short distances but anything over 5 and my toes go numb. The shoe doesn’t feel tight at all and loosening the laces doesn’t help. There is some pressure point that just doesn’t work for me. Bring back the metaracer please!

I wanted to love it. Unfortunately the fit was too narrow. Looking further, it looks like Asics doesn't have the shoe that would fit both form and function. The only shoes fitted to wider + flat feet for running seem drab and uninspired. I wish I would have realized how bad an experience it would be before taking the tag off.

Way too narrow. Possibly one of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet in 40 years of running. Tight, no cushion, cardboard feeling. Not made for running at all.

Love these shoes I receive many compliments. After the berry color was no longer this because my new favorite. Bed comfortable and easy to keep clean.

I love that Asics still makes a shoe with the close-to-the-ground design I prefer. Fits great, is super light, and great price!

This shade of pink is excellent! The shoes fit great and are comfortable to wear all day!
