Awesome boots!
I bought these on clearance, and am SO HAPPY with them! Not only do they look great (get tons of compliments every time I wear them), but they are SO comfortable with all the inside padding!!! I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable bootie! Oh, and even though they are supposedly not waterproof, I have worn them on lots of rainy days, and my feet have stayed dry!
These shoes don't last.
I wore these shoes 0-3 times per week starting in October 2016. I was disappointed to quickly learn that they are not water resistant at all. By the end of January 2017 I noticed that the teeth of one of the zippers coming away from the fabric. It is now the beginning of March and I see that the sole of one foot is split, and the other is starting to crack. There is little wear on the soles. I'm throwing them out because my feet hurt when wearing them, they are that broken down. For the price, I should have gotten two winters out of them. This is my first experience with Born, and my last.
Comfy boot
I just ordered this boot and liked it a lot but it was too big......so I reordered a size smaller. When I tried on the boots they were very comfortable and had a nice look too. I also got them for the $99.99 sale price, which I think is a good value.
Love these boots for work and fun
I love Born shoes. The price was amazing and they fit perfectly.
Comfortable & Warm
I planned to purchase another pair of boots but so happy I tried these on. They are so comfortable, warm and true to size. They are quick to get on/off and look good too. Planned for these to be used for the long walk in/out of work but they seem to becoming more everyday wear.
Comfortable fit, runs large
I am a true size 8.5, ordered these in 8.5 and it was too loose, could still fit my index finger in behind my heel even with wool socks on, my feet would slide a little. Reordered in 8, the fit was perfect and snug and comfy. Love them now after getting the right fit!
color not as it shows
color was not what it showed on the site at all. i expected a light color. they were tan, almost light brown. i didnt even unpack then from the box. fortunately, i also bought the gray ones and they better met my expectations, although they also have a hint of brown, not as much black for being gray. the fit is nice, so keeping they gray.
Great quality boot
At first they seemed a bit uncomfortable, but after a little bit of walking the boots loosened up and fit great.
Great looking, comfortable boot
I have been searching for comfortable, but stylish ankle boot for while now, and I'm so glad I found these! Easy on/off, nice padding inside, and they don't squish my toes. The Peltro Grey color is very versatile and the "distressed" finish gives them an interesting look. I do wish they were waterproof, but I'll manage. :)
Great Casual boots
I love these boots for everyday wear at work, they took a solid week to break the leather in completely and make sure it moved well and less stiff. They're not waterproof so that has some disadavantages but they are one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned
