relieves my heat cramps
I used to get terrible muscle cramps after long hiking and backpacking trips in the desert southwest; this has been 100% effective in preventing those cramps. I like the light fruity flavors and the fact that there's no sticky sugar mess to deal with. Since the flavor isn't overpowering, I can drink Nuun for long periods of time without getting tired of it. I love this stuff! Won't hike in the desert without it.
A product I've been using for years as a cyclist
I am a cyclist and often cycle 100-plus mile rides. I find NUUN tables to be very handy to use and effective. I usually purchase the 4-pack with 4 different flavors. The only thing I'd change with this product is I'd prefer they remove the tiny bit of "fizz" factor. It isn't that noticeable, but I'd prefer it not be there.
eliminated my leg cramping
I used to drink plain water while going up 14ers but I would always get horrible cramps in my quads. Then I tried Nuun and haven't had a single problem with muscle cramping ever since. Highly recommended for long days with lots of elevation gain.
Makes getting older easier.
At 70 years old more days seem a little harder to muster the stamina to get everything done. One half of one of these tablets in my daily cup of tea puts a whole new feeling in dealing with the challenges of my days.
No complaints
My wife didn't care for the Lemon Lime but I thought that flavor tasted just like the old school original Gatorade. Wife also though the tablets resulted in the treated water tasting carbonated, which maybe it did since the water bottles were pressurized when you first opened them after the tablet dissolved. I assume they did what they were supposed to since I never ended up in the precarious position on my back with a leg up in the air and my wife, or some stranger, trying to work out a cramped up hamstring from low potassium.

Hiking or running distance...... And hangover prevention. Ok 3 reasons after hung over as well. Buy some. Buy a lot. I do.
They work.
These have been a wonderful change from sugar loaded Gatorade. I’m subject to severe leg cramps when hard hiking. Using these tablets throughout the hike and after has pretty much eliminated leg cramps for me. I highly recommend them.
Go-to Product for Hydration / Electrolytes
Love this stuff. Great for hiking, chores, hot day hydration. Works in numerous container types. Great flavor selection. Convenient to use. Great hydration type selection (w/caffeine, sport, daily, vitamin, immunity, etc.
NUUN is so much more than none.
NUUN is an excellent electrolyte to use keeping hydrated on backpacking hikes as well as other strenuous activities. This product went with me on my 9.3 mile hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back. Thank goodness for this great product. At 82 years old, keeping hydrated with a good electrolyte is essential. NUUN is my choice and the flavors available are very tasteful. Don't leave home with out it.
