Rated 5 out of 5 by from So happy with this product! I searched multiple versions of a battery extender for my iPhone 6. This product had great reviews and a great price. I was thrilled when I received it how quickly the order was processed, how user friendly it was and how well it worked. It easily charged my phone again to full battery. I have used it while out and about in town, as well as while camping as an emergency power supply. The flashlight is a great feature and I love how it dims. I haven't had a single issue with this product and would recommend this to anyone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from short on ease of use The Ember is close to being super rad. My thoughts: - it's a bit heavy. Though... it is a battery pack. Not sure the fancy aluminum twisty thing contributes to that much, or that it's necessary either. + it's a GREAT idea. I'm wading into the strategy of using my iPhone + Gaia more, so having more battery is cool. - i hate capacitive buttons (this is the main reason for 3 stars...). And it really doesn't make sense for something that you're supposed to be able to FEEL out in the dark. + good size! + love the lock mode + nice 'biner loop

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Multi Purpose Light Another great lighting product from Black Diamond!! This has the great dual use of servicing as back up power for my phone. Great design with rotary switch for the light, power out, or lock. Good small size. My only issue is it a bit heavy, but when you get a 150 lumen light and back up power battery it a great product...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clever Strengths: + Twisting to select modes (e.g. charging, lock) is quite fun + Appears good quality Room for improvement: - 'swipe activated' on/off button doesn't work with normal gloves - Barely enough tactile feedback to find the business end and buttons in total darkness

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did I just get a bad one? On the first day of use (my test run), the light failed to operate multiple times. Eventually I figured out what was going on: Even with a full battery the light would simply stop responding. It doesn't turn on or show any light indication in charge out mode. Plug the thing in to charge and the light starts responding again. After experiencing this issue multiple times while testing the light, I figured out that a relatively gentle shake of the light makes it do this - no response until I plug it back in. Too bad. I thought it was quite cool and perfect for an emergency. No way. Not if I can't trust it to work all the time. I have to wonder if I just got a bad one or what. Even still, my trust is lost.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product performs as advertised Great light for any activity and the added bonus of charging small electronic devices. One minor issue found with the light itself is the lens cover tends to loosen very easily. I have to check on it to make sure not to lose it while walking or hiking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly pretty good! I want to start by saying I completely agree with everything Owen said below. Cons: A little heavy, dont love the touch sensitive buttons, I also think that the outer shell feels kind of flimsy in relation to the inner body. it sort of rattles and makes it feel like its going to break. Otherwise I love it! It keeps my whatever charged a lot longer, and the settings work well. I think a small redesign could easily make it a must have. Bonus Idea! BD, you should make a regular size Moji thats rechargable.

How many times will this device charge an iphone 6, nd/Or Ipad device, on average??

Asked by: S-Rockk
The Ember can charge a device 2 times on average. We spoke to an employee at Black Diamond who was able to get one full charge for an iPhone 5 and one full charge on an iPad before the Ember needed to be recharged. Using the flashlight can reduce the charging power of the device.
