Got these for quick errands
I wanted these to act as outside shoes for quick errands; campsite shoes; and sturdy warm slippers. Sizing - I generally wear and 8. 5-9 M shoe. I had to go with the 9. They run small and I cannot wear socks with them nor do I have any give that necessitates use of the synch at the top. And I would not want to walk far with these with the 'lip' at the back maybe rubbing my heel. They will stretch a bit with use and the 'synch' and rubbing will change - TBD. So based upon sizing and the fact that I'd hoped for the versatility of with or without socks - 1 star off for my hopes. Otherwise, they will meet all the reasons I bought them for.

Let me count the number of these super comfortable slides I have. I like them so much, I bought a black pair to keep in the trailer and I’ve got four pairs in the house: Grey, beige, plum, and fall tone multi color. The durable sole is anti slip and great for running a puppy or a sick dog outside in the middle of the night. Not to add, the occasional time I look down at the grocery store and realize I am wearing my slippers, but they are so cute, it’s not overly obvious I’m wearing slippers! They are total comfort after trashing my feet all day while working on a volunteer project. I can’t wait to see what colors they will come out in this fall!!
SO COMFORTABLE
I just got these today and have been breaking them in by running errands around town and they are absolutely perfect for my feet. I went a half size up and they're a little tight with my thick socks but otherwise fit great! I think people with wide feet may not benefit from the narrowish toe box though. Also my goodness are they warm!
All Around GREAT Shoe!
I LOVE my Keens! I have 4-5 of this Howser III Slide (and many other styles too). I wear them everywhere. Very comfortable, more supportive than I would have thought for a slip on. In fact, I have never been able to wear a slip-on before from ANY other manufacturer.
They run small.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoe was nice, i found they run small and the heel part is too low, my foot slips out of it. The Keen Kaci was a great shoe it would e nice to see a comeback on those. They don’t come in different widths. Keens usually have a wide toe bed. I was disappointed.
Still Getting Used to Them
They will probably be ok if I wear them for short periods. They are attractive to look at, have decent support, but in the picture the back looks higher than it is. I feel awkward wearing them.
My fourth pair of howsers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just can’t find a better slipper. When it’s time to get a new pair, my old pair become outside shoes, then they become camping shoes. Comfortable, supportive and they keep my feet toasty.
Too small
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slip on winter pair of shoes I ordered is too tight in the arch and too short. Sadly, it isn’t offered in a wide size, so I must return it.
Howser 3 Slide is the Bomb
These are my favorite slippers of all time. I have 5 pairs, two for the trailer and three for the house.
Great shoe!
Comfortable and easy to wear. Too bad they're out of stock, or I would order more.
