I can really appreciate the machining of this light. It’s extremely comfortable in the hand, an easy EDC item, and extremely light weight. The light is super bright and the beam is adjustable. This is a smart light in that it has so many modes and functions that you’ll surely need to keep the directions handy. I love the look and feel of it. It takes a little long to recharge from low battery and it doesn’t come with a case, which I believe that it should. But overall it’s a superior product. That’s why I bought 4- the P7R Core, and P6R Core for me, the i7L for the house, and another P7R Core for my wife’s brother. Can’t say enough about this light. Customer service is outstanding.
What I like is the usb charger and quick attachment , has good hand feel and is bright! What I didnt like I don’t think is when it goes to wide beam to narrow beam the narrow isn’t a sharp narrow beam but pretty broad … but bright. Only had the flashlight a week we will see if I get used to it .
If you can overcome the headache of the charger coming off or loosing connection(don’t move or bump the wire when connected) then this is a exceptional product! Best lighting, most durable, and versatile lights. I recommend two battery packs if you get headlamps to swap between use and charging
I have now purchased 5 of the P7 core flashlights I recently gave my sister one for Christmas and she was so happy with it that I bought her 2 more she keeps one for house use and put one in each of her cars she loves the fact that they are rechargeable and very bright A++ product
Did not use it was a lot smaller then I thought Try big to return but no response Made a return request # KL1679U4 but nothing Please help me I love your head lamps but this is 1st time ordering a flashlight Please refund to account Let me know you received this message
Don’t get me wrong, only a bit disappointed for this reason - first I’d like to say I love the LEDLENSER’s lights! We’ll build and reliable. They used to make the M7R. My nephew was in the police force in south Texas and said this was the light of choice for all. Strong torch and far far tight beam! Great for reaching out long distances and quick adjustable wide beam. Exactly what I needed. We bought several for our business. Then LEDLENSER stopped making them. I wrote to company and they told me that the closest they have to the M7R is this P7R. I bought one and planned to buy more but will not. I’m not sure why they did not value that long range viewing. At best the P7R gets about a quarter of the M7R range. I can see why the police force loved them. We loved them for that wide range versatility. Great for work, hiking and hunting to be able to stretch easily across a long distance with a tighter bright beam. So in the end I’m a bit disappointed because of that step down not because it’s a bad light in itself.
I have 3 P7 s. Great lights Just bought P7R core. The P 7 will focus the beam a lot tighter than the newer P7R core. Not what I expected Going to try it again tonight. Maybe I'll get used to it if not send back and try another model or go back to P7.
The light produced is strong and has three power settings and the beam can be focused. Built quality is great. Battery is great. Light quality is great. The single button design with nerdy settings is not user friendly.
Would like it to have a hex ring at the head of the light so it doesn’t tile away when you put it down to illuminate something you’re working on. And wish it had the button at the tail end big and still water proof.
This is the best light I have found for hunting/blood trailing. Compact, light, and really bright. It also has three levels of brightness if you don't want it as bright out in the woods. Highly recommend this light.
