Super soft sports bra
I received this product for free from the REI Trailblazers sampling program in exchange for my honest review. Normally, I am not a huge fan of sports bras with removable cups - they are frustrating after a while - but these seem like they will last longer and stand up to more wear and tear without peeling/folding, etc. The bottom band is not super stretchy, so getting this on was a little challenging. While it fits snuggly, there aren't any hotspots or areas of pressure/pinching. I wore this on a 3 mile run and felt comfortable the whole time. The band did not roll up, which many tend to do. I am not in love with the high neckline, but it was fine. The ventilation on the back was wonderful! The fabric around the sides is soft and didn't cause any chaffing on my arms and the seams in front didn't bother me. This is a medium to light support sports bra.
Very comfortable for summer running
I've worn this bra a couple times to run and I'd say my favorite thing about it is how comfortable it is. The fabric is very breathable, it is easy to take on and off (a huge plus when you're sweaty and don't want to fight with fabric to get clean), and provided a good amount of coverage. My favorite feature has to be the underboob mesh—it's opaque, so still feels like technical, performance gear, not rave attire, but it lets the girls breathe in a way my other bras can't. I deducted a point because it's not as supportive as some of my other running bras.
Could be smoother
This was a cute, high-necked sports bra with a looser, more breathable transparent mesh across the top. I like the coverage if I was going to wear it as a top alone, but neckline is too high to be worn under other shirts without looking weird. The support was adequate. It did come with those foam insert cups, which are almost universally annoying to launder. Side note - it also came with a 5-point Wash & Care card with helpful tips about how to prolong the bra's life. Here's the kicker though - the bra is marketed as an anti-irritation bra, and is made with a nice wide band and soft material. However, as I wore it, I noticed it was less comfortable than my other bras. Turning it inside out, I noticed a small plastic strip lining the seam (shown in photo) that was unfortunately... irritating. Unfortunately, this is enough to stop this Oya bra from being a go-to choice in my drawer.
Great support but a little scratchy
I received this product for free from the REI Trailblazers sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I do appreciate that this sports bra has a lot of support and coverage. However, I am not a huge fan of padded bras (personal preference) so it was a little more than I typically need. If you’re larger-chested, I would size up from your usual size. I am size medium in most things but I am about a B cup bra size, and this bra was snug (but not too tight). I also found the seam underneath the cups/pads to be a bit scratchy and uncomfortable, and I’ve included a picture to show what I mean. This sports bra is also definitely a bra length—it almost looked like it would be a longer sports bra/almost a cropped tank, but it’s definitely just a sports bra size and fit. I washed it and hung it to dry, and the pads were fairly simple to straighten after washing, though again I prefer to have no pads. Besides the slight scratchiness, this bra is well-made and again provides great support for running!
Breathable!
This is a great bra. It’s comfortable and breathes so well. I sweat a lot when I work out and am prone to body acne so I appreciate having a bra that is supportive but still has some ventilation. My only complaint is that there is a small gap in the fabric in front of my armpits. I’m in between sizes so I sized up to a large. I think a slightly different cut would have worked perfectly for me.
Comfort full coverage and lightweight/breathable
A full coverage lightweight bra that is a nice soothing color (Taupe) that pairs well with many other colors. It seems to run a little small (I ordered an XL and I would say it's more of a large) The overall support is good, but may not be sufficient for high intensity activities.
Good too! Ready why…
I received these products for free from the REI Trailblazers sampling program in exchange for my honest review I tried a size S, 34C, 5’5” 140lbs and was fit snug. Felt supported but my body may have been at the upper limit for this size. Tested this product running a short distance and yoga but would not have preferred wearing for a HIT workout and breathing too hard not only because the size was snug for me but the elastic band at the bottom. The top is well designed to allow for back to breathe but I’m not a fan of the feel of the elastic is super sweaty situations. Top is padded, which I do prefer and the mesh back keeps you cool. Was comfortable to wear during yoga because the back design is flat and unobstructed when laying down on your back.
Comfortable and Women Owned
This is my new go to sports bra. I wear it on long and short runs as well as hiking. It stays in place without pinching or feeling tight. The size S was perfect for me (bust 37”). The neckline is higher and visible under most tank tops and running tees, but it also looks great all on its own. The material feels sleek and is cool and breathable, which felt really nice on my run in 80° weather.
Comfortable bra during hot weather
This sports bra is very comfortable! I wore it for several climbing sessions in the hot weather and it can get extremely hot in the indoor gyms. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't experience any chafing and noticed no irritation when I took it off! It comes with removable pads which I've not seen in a sports bra before! I think that's a very nice feature, especially since the bra has several mesh inserts that make it quite the eyecatcher when worn by itself! It's almost too nice to be worn under a shirt! This is also the only sports bra I have seen that has a thin rubber band under the chest! I sometimes experience discomfort from too much pressure on my ribcage, but the thinner band made it very comfortable. The only thing that stops me from giving five stars is that I don't think it's suitable for running - despite the good support I just need super tight support when running. Overall very happy with this bra and will continue to wear it while the weather is so hot!
great low to medium impact bra!
I love this bra for working out at the gym or yoga. It is breathable, especially in hot yoga. You’re not sitting in a sauna inside of your clothes. They are cut well. They look good and the seams are non-irritating which I can’t say the same thing for a lot of other bras.
