The Fresh Foam 860 is junk. I wear these shoes for running indoors on the treadmill during the winter months and I spend much of the winter in Florida, so they are not worn that much. The heal cup broke down the middle making the shoe noting more that junk. It broke from the top to as far down as I can feel, and therefore it does not support my heal. Very disappointed in my first and more than likely my last pair of New Balances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these last month and so far so good. The black color is very versatile you can wear with sweatpants or with jeans. The shoe runs true to size. The mesh fabric is perfect- breathable and comfortable. Perfect for running, walking, even standing. The foam provides a great arch support and seems to last even after a month of wearing them everyday. Overall very impressed.

When running they give my feet great support and comfort . I usually get pain from running long distance but didn't get any pain at all with the fresh foam shoes. For any runners out there I definitely recommend

He said the insoles were extremely comfortable and didn't make his feet feel hot. The grip from the soles were amazing. He doesn't slip or slide on any surface he's walked in yet. They look good enough for him to dress nicely with as well.

Both shoes ripped. I've purchased several New Balance shoes thru the years and this is the first pair where I had issues with the shoe ripping. Perhaps the stitching or glue wasn't quite right. I only used the shoes for about 1 month. I'll attach some photos.

I like the shoes. Has a lot of cushion. I need wide shoes. There supposed to be the same size of my grey and blue ones but they're a little bit tighter on my feet.

Dedicated, long time New Balance customer, but found most recent purchases disappointing with other recent 860 style Fresh Foam purchases having issues from heel spines which break apart inside the fabric, to layered sole separation. All after only a few short days or weeks of wear - and with my sneaker use solely for walking. However, FINALLY I am MOST SATISFIED with this recent purchase which is SOLID IN CONSTRUCTION, and a COMFORTABLE DREAM TO WEAR!!! They leave my feet feeling comfortably wrapped, and with a solid shock absorbing sole that mitigates my painful feet condition. New Balance made things right on my earlier disappointing purchase and kept me a loyal customer!!!

These shoes are so comfortable and they make you wanna just walk or run anywhere. I came from the walking shoes from brooks and wanted to try new balance and the fresh foam. SO COMFY. I usually get a half size bigger for my toes to have room since I have a wide foot, but I actually think I would have been good with my true size. They fit true to your shoe size so watch out! I’m still comfy but I had to tighten the laces a lot more to get them to be snug. Also the laces are surrounded by a plastic piece so there’s no chance of them damaging the side wall from lacing up over time. Pretty solid design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super comfy shoes. I was in the market for new running shoes and these are perfect. They are so weightless and the comfort is unbeat. I use them for my 12 hr shifts and I can feel the difference from being on my feet all day. A lot less pain in my soles and ankles. Would definitely recommend for work or play. Also size up a half size. I'm normally a 8.5, but a 9 fit me perfectly.

Product broke whilst casually playing badminton after 3 months of purchase. Shoes from a different company lasted 8 times this long at half the price. Whilst the shoe is comfortable and good for casual wear, the longevity of it is a concerning issue. Disappointed, and down a lot of money as an already struggling university student.
