[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it looks like an upgrade from the predecessor the SuperComp Elite V5. The ride on these feel bouncy, comfortable and more responsive than the previous iteration, solid traction running in the rain. The fit feels true to size, although the toe feels a bit narrow than previous version.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first carbon plated shoe ever. Amazing experience!! The shoe size was a men’s size 10. Felt true to size. The mid foot hugged comfortably and the toebox felt open and had enough wiggle toe room. The bounce felt great. The cushion felt soft and light. Highly recommended!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Test ran these shoes in Central Park under rainy conditions. They felt responsive and bouncy, yet pretty stable considering they're supershoes. My legs felt great running 4-5 miles in them. They held up great under the rain, and had great traction! I never slipped in the rain!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve run in the 5 a bunch, and right of the box the first thing I noticed with the 6, is how much lighter it is. The new foam also feels bouncier. Looking forward to putting this shoe through its paces!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shoes are light, bouncy and feel fast. Sole pushes you forward when you get up to speed without compromising for form at slower speeds. Highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite poppy. A lot lighter than the previous versions. Keeps the same roomy fit for all day comfort.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoes are responsive, and go hard when you need them to go!! Defo recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shoes! Very springy, love the new uppers. So excited to race in them
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked these shoes. I’ve worn new balance my entire running career and am huge fan of these products. For paces over a 8 min mile, I actually prefer the new balance 1080 which has more cushioning. But for anything under a 8 min mile, this was a terrific shoe. It felt easy and light to run in and I felt myself being able to hold a faster pace for longer because of the shoes. The acceleration I could get in these shoes felt effortless, almost like an electric car. I am hoping to move up to nyrr corral A using these shoes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great support compared to some of the other "super" shoes. Many sacrifice stability for the sake of weight, using lighter, weaker materials on the top of the shoe which can cause energy loss when your foot is sliding around. These have a breathable mesh top but made out of a more structured, rigid material that offers plenty of support. Not overly aggressive, I don't feel like I am standing on high-heels (not that I normally do, but what I could imagine it might feel like; take a look at women's reviews for more accurate comparisons, not that there would be anything wrong with a man wearing high-heels, anyway, I digress). Foam in the heel returns energy well even just with walking around. Propelled me well on a moderately paced tempo run. Shoe looks rugged, wish they could come out with a couple more colors but love the yellow.
