[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent shoes that are really comfortable! The insoles have fantastic cushioning and the toe box is really roomy. The heel cup and arch support are perfect for me, and my feet feel just as good at the end of the day as they do in the beginning. Really love that they are lightweight, keep my feet cool, and give a springboard feeling when walking and hiking. The rugged outer soles really are effective to enhance traction and keep the feet stable on rugged terrain. They are actually quite fun to wear. All these features make it a built-for-comfort shoe, plus they look great and clean really well! Truly a great walking and hiking shoe!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keen’s Zionic Speed is a really well-designed outdoors shoe that offers great comfort and reliability. I love to hike and challenge myself with difficult terrains that typically includes incline, water, climbing, and loose or unstable surfaces. Keen’s Zionic shoe has great traction that keeps my footing sure and worry free every time, no matter what terrain challenges. The shoe is very flexible, so it compliments my movements and does not impose resistance, but also provides just the right amount of support to provide the security and assurance I need. There is some welcome padding to both on the lowers and insole that I feel as I step, which helps me finish that last leg without my feet being completely spent – this padding is responsive and does not feel mushy or like a waste of energy, however. The TPU uppers are highly breathable and keep my feet cool while also helping to quickly dry after necessary steps through water. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this shoe and it has remained solid across a few dozen hikes. Do yourself the favor of adding to your toolbox an exceptionally designed outdoors shoe that offers all benefits and no cons. Perfect.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very picky about my shoes especially the ones I walk our pets in. These Keen shoes are amazing! They have an aggressive tread perfect for my walking needs. I need to be stable while walking or chasing the squirrels. They are very well made and good looking. I am truly happy to have these. I see more pairs in my future!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zionic Speed is an incredibly comfortable trail shoe. It securely holds the foot shape and feels like I’m walking on air. These shoes are so lightweight which helps me go further to meet my hiking goals. The soles are made to grip so you don’t slip on the damp, uneven terrain. They did get wet and dried well. The in-sole is removable and I did that to speed drying time. They wipe clean with a damp cloth. I highly recommend these extremely light and comfortable shoes. I liked them so much I even wore them all day at a theme park. Pros: Extremely lightweight, high comfort, great support, surface gripping soles, easy to clean and nice style. Cons: None.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband just loves his new hiking shoes. We like to take day hikes and this shoe is the perfect shoe for short hikes. They’re lightweight and comfortable and they provide good arch support. They also have unique treads on the bottom which provides good traction on slippery surfaces. Add to that the fact that they’re stylish enough for everyday wear and you can’t go wrong!
Super comfortable, however shoe is falling apart after wearing them just two times!!!! Part of the upper sole is peeling apart from from itself. Possibly an extra guard against water is literally peeling away as well as completely separating itself from the bottom sole of both right and left shoes. For how much I paid, not cool.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband liked the KEEN Zionic Speed Shoe right out of the box. He said the fit is great and the shoe is very comfortable. They are very lightweight. He has worn them out and about but has not been out on any trials in them yet. The material will be easy to clean when they get muddy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super impressed with my Keen Men's Zionic Speed shoes. The are extremely lightweight which makes hiking trails so much easier, and anywhere there are uneven surfaces. The mesh is great, it's breathable and that's great especially on hot days. I have got them wet after the ground was damp from rain & they dry so quickly without getting my socks wet. They are comfortable enough that I even wear them walking, to run errands etc. These are the first shoes I grab after work because how lightweight they are, I love that.
The good: these shoes are very comfortable and still feel good after a long distance of running, walking, or hiking. The bad: the footbed is too wide, and the assembly is shoddy. I have worn these shoes maybe 10 to 12 times and the connection between the upper and the footbed is already ripped on my left shoe. This isn't from anything aggressive, since I have not done anything nearly as hard with these as I have with my Oboz or with other Keens, this is just poor construction. I like these shoes for the right price, but they just aren't made tough enough for anything heavy duty.
My favorite shoes for traveling and walking anywhere. Super comfortable, love the style and color. 100% recommended. Walking up the torii gates in Japan or a stroll around Embarcadero in San Francisco.
